There are many migrant farmworker clinics in Florida. But holes exist in the system around Immokalee a small town near I-75 {alligator alley} Lake Okechobee and Naples on the Gulf of Mexico.

The New York Times wrote about this defeat not for not trying but due to the private wealthy hospital in Naples that has obstructed the move by Hispanic and Haitian laborers who are paid by the bucket {cubeta} and have traveled to Tampa, Memphis, Louisville, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Boston. They have beaten Taco Bell, McDonalds, Whole Foods and Burger King in economic justice boycotts.
