Fbi criminal assaults & cover up

This report offers prima facie evidence of provocative assaults on me and cover up by police.

The fbi prevents me from posting this report by deleting it every time I type it.

For about 30 years the fbi sends agents and operatives to commit assault and battery on my person. In some instances I went to the hospital with serious injuries.

The goal of the fbi is to provoke a violent response so that the fbi and their corrupt federal magistrate judges may imprison me in jail or a mental ward.

Note that all police refuse to accept my testimony that the fbi has a tracking device in me and that fbi has a blanket surveillance on me 24/7/365 for life whereas the fbi engages in repeated criminal attacks on me routinely. The most recent assault and police cover up follows:

On or about 1-20-18 while I was in the Stripes store at 3620 Pecan, McAllen Texas, a store clerk, one Jose Solis, came up behind me and offensively patted me on my back. I do not hereby accuse Solis of a crime; he admitted to the simple assault, but refused to say who 'put him up to it'.

I later filed a police report, but today I learned upon receipt of Texas AG order to the city of McAllen (to give me the report) that the police report by Detective Daniel Cruz is false, or fraudulent. The McAllen Police IA P. Foley advised me that officer Cruz "dropped the ball in this case."

On page 2, the "Case Review & Assessment " by Detective Daniel Cruz shows his Case Assessment wherein all of his findings (originally withheld from me) are false or fraudulent.

The Cruz findings transparently contradict the initial report filed by honest police officer M. Yanez.

Dear AG Ken Paxton,

This date I received the enclosed documents from the McAllen, Texas, Police Department and the report was incomplete and contained blackouts and omissions. I hereby appeal the City’s refusal to honor the Open Records request that I made in February, 2018.

Please note that in the case review the detective falsely reported the central facts of the case in order to preclude further investigation. The McAllen Police are aware that I have been assaulted and stalked on several occasions and that I have filed police reports with the McAllen, Texas Police on some of the crimes. In the present case the detective (D. Cruz) could have, but did not, attempt to interview the suspect who admitted to me in front of a witness (an associate of the Suspect) that he committed the ... assault on me.

At the least, I seek to file a sworn complaint before a judge; at best the detective could have determined why the Stripes employee sneaked up on me to assault me in the store. Then, perhaps the police could ask the suspect (Jose Solis) who put him up to commit the offense.

The City Attorney provides his imprimatur to the false police report which prompts me to make this appeal.

A copy of this letter is sent (minus enclosures which he already has) this date via U.S. mail to Evaristo Garcia, Jr., Assistant City Attorney, P.O. Box 220, McAllen, Texas 78505-0220.

Please note that this date I met with McAllen Police Detective John Saenz (phonetic spelling) who referred me to the supervisor (Officer Castillo) of the Officer Cruz regarding the false police report. I also indicated that, inasmuch as the police report is false on its face and contradicts the initial report of the police officer who accepted my report (Officer M. Yanez), that I seek to file with Internal Affairs.

Regarding the attached police report, the first 2 paragraphs entitled "Case Review & Case Assessment " contain patently false statements. The bottom 2 paragraphs show the correct report as I filed with officer Yanez.
