Female Genital Mutilation has been discussed by college professors, communists and the UN. Amnesty International reports its use in 28 countriesmwhen the clitoris and sometimes labia are cut off at an early age. Efforts to stop this

Another case of womens bodies being important is the papaloma virus. Men can carry this as do women but it can lead to cancer of the cervix in some instances. A vaccine is available but only for people aged 26 or younger. The vaccine is known as the HPV vaccine
