May the US join the civilized 81% of the world which murders no prisoners

Please call the Senate 202 224 3121 or go to senator websites at http://senate.gov/ to ask for a no vote on Neil Gorsuch, Trump's nominee for the Supreme Court.
Search engines and corporate media have been hiding the many executions of Neal Gorsuch who virtually without exception turned a Caesarian thumbs down to every request for mercy from appealing prisoners from July of 2006 througn 2017.
On Feb 6, 2017, CSpan's Washington Journal had as a guest Nan Aron, representing Alliance For Justice which opposes the nomination of Neil Gorsuch for many reasons including his desire to eliminate all regulation of
1. environmental polluters of the air, water, and earth
2. mongers of toxic food
3. voting rights
4, working men and women's rights
6. dangerous pharmaceutical products
However Mr Gorscuh wants no limits to a ban on abortion or government murder of prisoenrs.
Neil Gorsuch, Trump's Supreme Court nominee, is an executioner who denied petitions of mercy from prisoners. The judge's gavel and pen have been his murder weapon. In his executions he has separated himself from over 81% of the world's countries and 44 of the US states which do not execute.
"Gorsuch has joined decisions in the past upholding death sentences, including Scott Eizember. Gorsuch’s textual interpretation of the law also suggests he would consider few justifications for a review of any death row inmate’s sentence." (from charlotteobserver.com)
Neil Gorsuch,,follows originalism, meaning
judges should interpret the original intent of founders. Literal originalists would be built in racists endorsing the founders' concept that blacks are to be counted as 3/5 of whites, that it is legal for people to have slaves, that one person one vote should bow to Republican gerrymandering, to a democracy quashing Supreme Court and to a Senate which gives 72 times
more power to a Wyoming citizen than one from California.
Originalists, dinosaurs, look to the past instead of the dynamic present.
Neil Gorsuch approves of the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act, passed in 1996, designed to speech up prisoner murder by the government and to limit federal habeas in order to make the death penalty easier to carry out. In this the US is far below the 81% of the world which does not murder prisoners. Others who murder prisoners are China, Iran, saudi Arabia.
Fly fishermen like Gorsuch are involved in the blood 'sport' of ripping out fish throats (or eyes or gills) and suffocating them. In some cases, the fish are caught and released, pain inflicted on them without their being killed and eaten.
Supreme Court justices
should not be
but a Godgiven right:
The dead hand of slaveholders remains on our Supreme Court.
We have had 45 years of a Republican majority court, despite the fact that Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama were presidents for 20 of those years.
If one adds the 8 years Al Gore would most likely have served before Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, and 3 other Republicans stole his election and gave it to Bush, it would be 28 years of popularly elected presidents flouted by the pawns of the plutocracy.
Five unelected justices have continued their reign of serial killing, oppression of the poor, rubberstamping of illegal wars, slavish subservience to the rule of the rich.
Five unelected persons have over and over smashed the will of over 300 million Americans.
Slaveholder founders of the US feared direct democracy.
We finally began to elect US senators directly in 1913, 124 years after the Constitution was voted upon. Three fourths of US states ratified the direct election of senators. It's time for direct election of Supreme Court justices.
It is time for a directly elected Supreme Court with terms of 9 or 18 years, 1 justice to be elected every 1 or 2 years.
In reality, only 5 of 50 states in 2016 murdered prisoners. They were the southern states of Georgia, Texas, Florida, Alabama, and Missouri. In 2017 Virginia, since 1789 the most executing state, has had an execution.
As of this writing the cspan.org interview has not yet appeared on the internet.
Groups opposed to the murder of prisoners by judges, prosecutors, governors:
A fraction of Oklahoma prisoner death penalty appeals to the 10th Circuit.
The university schools Gorsuch attended are all schools inflicting suffering on captive animals in the name of medical research. There is no record that Gorsuch ever objected to the torture.
If you support clean air, pure water, an end to bloody judicial executions, an end to the rule of Wall Street, etc. please sign the petition
