Mexican 18 wheelers are required by the new agreement to get liscenses and meet safety standards althought it is said that these are not being enforced evenly at all entry points according to oral history. The U.S. trucking industry provides for millions of decent jobs, and provides big cities and rural zones with 75% of its supplies such as medicine, groceries, and ytansportation supplies. This has grown over many years.
