G H W Bush was the keynote speaker at a Safari Club International (club of trophy hunters) convention. His son George Bush, announced the Safari Club, would be given a 'governor of the year' award. In addition, George W Bush wrote a letter for an Indiana trophy hunter asking Botswana to bring back lion hunting. Dan Quayle, vice president under G H W Bush, was also a big supporter of trophy hunting.

2 BUSH OPERATIVES

a. SENATOR PORTMAN OF OHIO WANTS HUNTING IN PARKS Republican Senator Rob Portman of Ohio as a former Bush operative attempted to bring hunting to the national parks, a danger to children, adults and animals.

b. GOVERNOR JOHN KASICH, Bush operative in the 90's, has since becoming governor slashed money for schools, libraries, road improvements while making sure that hunters in the ODNR have the money to teach children how to kill with bows and arrows.

3 SUPREME COURT DOESN'T THINK BIRDS SHOULD TURN AROUND

The 5 Republicans on the Supreme Court quashed California's legislation to give chickens a little more room to move around in factory farming cages, voicing the opinion that California law cannot be more humane than national law.

4 REPUBLICANS PUSHED UNCONSTITUTIONAL SUPPRESSION OF ANIMAL RIGHTS (AETA)

Johnny Izakson of Georgia is running for reelection in 2016. He was one of 4 Republican senators who introduced the AETA bill which became law, a law which criminalizes nonviolent animal rights activists while shielding animal torturers in slaughterhouses, factory farms, laborotories. James Inhofe and Tom Coburn were the 2 Oklahoma senators among the 4.

5 IOWA ABUSERS

A Republican Joni Ernst was installed in the US Senate airlifted by Koch money after a mysterious palnecrash by her Libertarian opponent. She had bragged that she was a piglet castrater. Her bankrollers, the billionaire Koch Brothers, have destroyed animal habitat in many places and fund mainly Republicans.

B Iowa Republican congressman Steve King has tried to keep chickens in small cages and was satirized by Stephen Colbert (see below)

Of the 17 Republican candidates for the presidency of the US, only Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky and Donald Trump have publicly opposed illegal, immoral and stupid wars of Bush 1, Bush 2 and Obama.

church outright owns many factory farms and ranches.

11 OHIO FELONY LAW Dick Goddard is a longstanding weatherman on Cleveland tv. For many decades he has gone after work to feed strays around the city. Republicans in the state legislature defeated Goddard’s Law, which would have made it a felony in Ohio to inflict pain on companion animals.

12 THE REPUBLICAN PARTY KEEPS ITS POWER PARTLY BECAUSE most states in the West are low population. Wyoming with 600,000 citizens has the same number of senators as California with 38 million. Red states are states of cattle and sheep ranches which constantly impose suffering on animals.

13. FUNDERS OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY

Billionaire Dan Duncan, Safari Club member, was stopped in Russia in 2002 after breaking their law by a. aerial hunting and b. murdering an endangered species bighorned sheep. He, like Palmer, claimed he did not realize he was acting illegally. Duncan's Double D Ranch, a 5,000-acre hunting compound in Texas.

Robert Mercer of Renaissance Technologies is a major investor in Gilead Science which has been involved in research on chimpanzees. He is a major contributor to a Republican presidential campaign.
