In legal terms, the British government and the Guardian and Independent 'news' media have been caught in the act of trying to cover up the illegality of attempts to smuggle weapons from European governments into Syria.
This article documents evidence that can be used in a court of law, which shows the British government working with the 'news' media in their attempts to illegally smuggle weapons from European governments into Syria.
At no time has a member of the British government provided -legal grounds- for weapons supplied by European governments to the Iraqi peshmerga in Iraq, to be smuggled through Turkey into Syria.

As Russia has observed, the latest dodgy dossier doing the rounds of the global ’news’ media propaganda machine today courtesy of the Guardian, is quite obviously designed to improperly influence public ‘opinion’.
As a starting point, the supposed existence of 'social media'... 'jihadis' are as anyone with the vaguest experience of how technology and surveillance works knows, the same kind of imaginary friends that the Downing Street ‘Communications’ Unit dreamed up for Robert Fisk at the far from Independent ‘news’ media yesterday.

On Thursday, both the Independent and Guardian dishonestly tried to portray that the Syrian government 'agreed' to European weapons being supplied to the Syrian Opposition.
On Friday, after I had questioned the Independent on Thursday, the ghastly Fisk then outrageously tried to dishonestly portray that it is reasonable force in self-defence for the Syrian Opposition to illegally use European weapons to illegally overthrow the Syrian...government.
Fisk was quite specific about...lethal weapons being used against the Syrian...government.
Fisk who was working for the British government was not able to make out -legal grounds- for European weapons to be given to the Syrian 'Opposition'.

Frankly I would have shown the racist colonialist Fisk, (who peddles the same legal nihilism as that phoney 'philosopher' Noam Chomsky) outrageously insulting people's intelligence while innocent civilians are being murdered -because- US & EU 'governments' have no respect for the rule of law, the door.
