Foley engineered a textile manufacturer company in Georgia into bankruptcy in 1996, taking the profits while workers got the shaft. Foley made 40 million dollars when he shut down a Pennsylvania factory and created job loss for all the workers.
Foley has a 5 million dollar yacht, Perhaps some of the profits came from unionbusting and closing factories.
