INTRODUCTION:

In her book ''The End of America, Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot'' [1] the American writer and

activist Naomi Wolf describes ''Ten steps to close an open society'', the ten mechanisms, which

lead to a police State.

The suspension of the freedoms in a democratic State is one thing.

The other thing is the scapegoat model, which leads attention from political and economical

problems and covers the true meanings of authoritarian politicians, who rise to power by

either socalled ''democratic elections'' or a military coup.

Through history, that scapegoat model, which breaks solidarity and makes

innumerable innocent victims, has brought disaster on mankind.

One of the most notorious examples is the antisemitism during Nazi Germany, which led

to one of the worst crimes of humanity, the industrial murder on millions of people,

Jews, but also Roma, gays, mentally retarded, ''anti-social people'' [according to the nazi ideology].

Jehova's witnesses [who refused German military service], political opponents and many others.

Jews and Roma were ''Untermenschen'' and especially Jews were considered as a ''treath'' to

the ''German culture'' and were regarded as guilty of everything, which went wrong in Germany.

From capitalist greed, 'bolshewism'' , the economical crisis in Germany and so on.

It led to Auschwitz.

After World War II there was a common feeling of ''Never again'', which led to the Universal

Declaration of Human Rights, from which begins with

''Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of

all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the

world'' [2]

However, the scapegoatmodel of racism, antisemitism and xenophobia, that also can flower

disastrously in a socalled ''democratic'' society, didn't disappear from itself.

Especially in times of ecomomical crisis and threathening war xenohobia will rise again.

In the Netherlands of the 70 and 80 years of the former century [during economical crisis] xemophobic treath

came in the form of the fascist groups the NVU [Dutch People's Union/in Dutch: Nederlandse Volksunie] with as

a leader J. Glimmerveen and the Centre Party [in Dutch: Centrum partij] , with as a leader H. Janmaat [3]

After the 9/11 attacks of 2001 xenophobia got a new, dangerous form as Islamophobia, which

walked side by side with racism against all ''non-western'' foreign inhabitants and refugees.

The anti-Islam and anti immigration politician P. Fortuyn [4] came first, followed by G. Wilders [5], who

became the most important political promoter of xenophobia, hate speech and racism [6]



PVV/POINTS OF VIEW

The Party for Freedom [PVV], the party of G. Wilders, is racist and discriminative, because of her discriminatory and insulting

attitudes against the Islam, the stigmatization of muslims in particular and the racist criminalizing of

non-western inhabitants and refugees. [7]

Wilders regularly laments on the fact, that non-western inhabitants form a growing part of the population in the mayor cities.

His extremist right wing views [8] are shown not only by his racism and hate speech, but also by his preference for

repressive measures.

He turned out to be an enthousiastic supporter of administrative detention for terrorsuspects [after having

visited Guantanamo Bay], he always has been a strong promotor of the prohibition of squatting and is an adherer

of preventive body searching by the police [without any suspicion of the person involved, a measure, which

has been taken in some parts of big cities like Amsterdam and Rotterdam] through the whole Netherlands.

Also PVV proposed a plan to put persistant troublemakers in special villages, called ''tuigdorpen'' [''scum'' villages, terminology of PVV/Wilders] [9]

POLITICAL ACCEPTATION

This obvious PVV hatespeech could have been pushed into a corner, when mainstream political

parties had spoken a clear NO to the PVV, lain a cordon sanitair and called this party for what she really

is , namely ''racist'' [10]

But political and moral cowardy wins, especially for the fear of electoral loss.

Wilders is not only participating in every big political electoral debate, the mainstream politicians are adapting his

xenofobic agenda to their own purposes.

And let's not forget, the PVV already has highly influenced government policy as supporting party during Rutte I

government [11]

By this political acceptation and the growing xenophobic agenda of mainstream political parties. the

PVV becomes more and more a ''normal'' political party.

Which is furthermore feeded by the acquittal of Wilders in the Wilders trial [12], with a growing

confidence for his racist friends.

WILDERS AND THE FAVOUR OF THE PEOPLE/WILDERS AND HIS NEW FRIENDS

The political acceptation is a great danger, but not the only one.

Withe devilish shrewdness Wilders exploits protest feelings under the Dutch population

against the growing EU influence and the strangling austerity measures of the Dutch government.

So he attracts support from those, who not share his extremist racist en Islamophobic views.

Being a socalled ''Eurosceptical party'' [13] the PVV pretends to be Saint George [14], fighting the EU dragon,

on chauvinistic grounds like ''our Dutch identity''

But that's not all.

Wilders/PVV also fights the barbaric austerity measures of the Dutch government, not out of

real convictions, but for his own political reasons.

At 21 september 2013, the PVV anti-austerity demonstration''Enough is enough'' took place [15], which created of course

a new podium for the PVV agenda:

Racism and xemophobia.

And it worked.

It attracted all sort of Dutch righ wing groups, which didn't only

attended the demonstration, but also wore neo nazi symbols and even

a Hitler greeting had been brought [16]

In his desire to form a great anti EU bloc together with other extreme right wing

parties he goes a step further and invited Marine Le Pen [daughter of Jean Marie Le Pen]

of the antisemitic extreme right wing Front National to talk about cooperation. [17]

He contacted the Belgian extreme right wing Vlaams Belang and the Italian Lega Nord.

His demasque comes clearer and clearer.



EPILOGUE

The Die is cast [Alea jacta est][18]

The parties have taken their positions.

Xenophobic PVV, with her sinister allies of extreme right wing, in the Netherlands and Europe,

has revealed their masks and showed itself as a highle dangerous party.

She is riding high at the moment because of the economical crisis, the sindsthe 9/11 attacks

fabricated islamophobia and the rise of extreme right wing in Europe.

To anti-racists the task, to protest by means of demonstrations and other actions and continue to unmask

those enemies of humanity.

To prevent that the 10 steps, which lead to a police State, become reality.

The human dignity is at stake.

Because racism knows no victors.

Only lost ones.
