HR 676 is a single payer health insurance bill in the U.S. Congress and as of today it has not passed the House or the Senate. HR 676 has no co-pays, no bills, no deductibles, no insurance companies, no premiums and nobody is denied care or coverage. So this is a very good deal for consumers.
If you go to the internet site of ( Single Payer Action ) you will find that they have a link to the HR 676 bill. When you go to the HR 676 bill link you will find a section titled how it is payer for. In this section there is no mention of premiums.
Somebody has to pay, hopefully it is pieces of shit like you who want something for nothing.
Single payer means the government insures, like with medicare. The "premium" is just an increase in taxes.
Of course, invert that, and you can think of insurance premiums as taxes. They are taxes paid to a private company that provides a quasi-governmental service, which is provided to the entire pool of customers. Instead of laws, this quasi-government has a contract called a policy.
