Sparks had concluded from his abductions that humans were a valuable resource for the aliens. Despite the haunting echoes attached to this disclosure, he asserts that humans are very special with unique capabilities. Some capabilities were yet to surface and currently dwelled as atrophied muscles deep within our psyche. Sparks saw a magical future for humankind. He learned that time was like a flowing river whose course could not be altered. It had a tendency to snap back again. He learned that the Keepers could travel in both directions through the river of time; so long as one had a boat that could go fast enough.

The messages and lessons were diverse; understanding human potential, galactic politics between government and alien and solutions in avoiding total destruction of the planet.

The Aliens saw the planets as being alive; “we have cut off her arms and her legs and now we are attacking the hearts and lungs”, says Sparks, referring to the destruction of the rainforests. “The planet has difficulty cleansing herself”.

Sparks was told that the aliens had had no part in the loss of life caused by governments covering up the alien presence. The keepers emphasized that the government broke their agreements with the aliens, but they have the technology to help solve the problems of the planet.

The messages were clear, our planet is biologically polluted. The Air and water is contaminated, our jungles, trees and plant life are dying. We have an overwhelming amount of nuclear and biological weapons and nuclear contamination.

Author, James Lovelock, a proponent of the Gaia hypothesis stated: “that Gaia's self-regulation will likely prevent any extraordinary runaway effects that wipe out life itself, but that humans will survive and be "culled and, I hope, refined."

The Aliens want complete amnesty for the people in power who have suppressed the truth. This is necessary in order to work together to survive.

“I asked, ‘Why aren’t we doing it now?’ There was silence, and the whole thing was so strange because I could see that the whole group was thinking and speaking its mind at one time. It felt good because I was a participant in an honest-to-goodness meeting! The best part was that for the first time I was getting direct answers to my questions. ‘Why aren’t we putting these new methods into use now?’

‘Those in power view it [technology for clean energy and abundant food] as a military and security threat.’

“Then I got angry as hell and said, ‘You mean to tell me our people in power have the ability to save and better this planet and they aren’t doing it?!’ The thought that technology was being held back from the public because of paranoia and greed outraged me, and the aliens saw my anger. ‘Complete amnesty. To those in power, the governments and the leaders who have been suppressing the truth. They can’t be held liable for any past wrong deeds. It is the only way these leaders can come forward with the truth. It is necessary that you do this in order to work together and survive.’

If anybody had a good reason to hate their government for covering up this information, it was me and others like me. Most abductees still consider themselves victims who constantly suffer ridicule. “But this is a time when intelligence should rule over emotions. So I asked, ‘How do I fit in all this? What can I possibly do?’

‘What you are doing already. We will share much more knowledge with you in the future. Although you understand a lot, we will show you much more. Continue to work with people that come to you. We are aware of the small groups that are forming around the world. These are people who are prepared to learn and we consider them the core. Most important is the condition of your planet. There are several different races of reptilians that are interested in Earth. similar to the E.T. reptoids that spoke with Jim sparks other reptilians have reason for interest in Earth for different reasons.

Last year i was contacted by the Alligatorians, who distinguish themselves from other reptilians. They are clearly not the same ones that contacted Jim Sparks yet are also concerned about the ecosystem of Earth. They want to live here and hunt bison (after complete ecosystem restoration) and need humans to go to Mars to gather iron as it is too cold for them there. In exchange the Alligatorians will provide humans with mag-lev trains above pipelines to bring water from floodprone coastal regions to drought prone interior regions. The funneled storm surge will provide the initial power for the take off of the mag-lev trian.

Be aware that there is a great deal of negative propaganda and fearmongering about reptilian E.T.s that is being conducted by the U.S. and other hostile governments. Alligatorians do not wish to interact with humans outside of the above agreement.
