by defend U.S. from military-industrial complex

The U.S. needs to be defended from the parasitic military weapons contractors who feed upon the blood of soldiers and civilians alike. We the people of the U.S. are being preyed upon by the military-industrial complex and we need to defend against the constant barrage of lies perpetuated by the corporate media.
Similar to the citizens of Germany under the Nazi rule of Hitler and his fascist goons the people of the U.S. appear to be unable to dislodge the military-industrial ticks that have burrowed deeply into our skin over several decades time.
We the people of the U.S. should not be held responsible for a bipartisan government under control of the military-industrial complex lobbyist machine. After all, if both parties are given campaign contributions by military weapons contractors, are both parties not puppets of their donors?
If legal street protests are ineffective at halting the military-industrial complex and third parties cannot purchase enough air time to compete with the puppet parties, what next?
My understanding of Democrats and Republicans is "good cop vs. bad cop" routine that is really two cops trying to get a conviction.
