Anti-Muslim Hate Film Incites Violence

Post-9/11, Washington declared war on Islam. Islamophobia facilitates war on terror policy. Muslims became public enemy number one. Imperial wars followed. Endless direct and proxy ones continue. Others are planned.

Dehumanizing Islam violates core US beliefs about religious freedom and respecting all faiths equally. America only respects money power and imperial dominance.

It targets anyone challenging its quest for global hegemony. Millions of corpses attest to its resolve. They're strewn across North Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and other parts of the world without end. Their numbers increase daily.

The business of America is war, imperial dominance, and corporate empowerment.  Ravaging one country after another follows. Fear is created and manipulated to facilitate what should be condemned. Where it ends who knows. Perhaps a mushroom-shaped cloud future awaits.

Muslims know America's dark side best. It victimizes them daily. Millions died since Gulf War mass killings ignited nearly 22 years of genocidal slaughter.

They've been mercilessly targeted for praying to the wrong God. They're used for political advantage. They're pretexts for permanent wars. They're ongoing with no end in sight.

Media scoundrels misreport or ignore them. Attacks on US Cairo and Benghazi diplomatic missions made headlines and ignited rage. Capitol Hill flags were ordered lowered to half mast. US Libyan ambassador Chris Stevens and three members of his staff were killed. Millions of dead Muslims go unnoticed.

Stevens previously was Obama's representative to America's puppet Libyan National Transition Council. It helped Washington and NATO partners ravage the country mercilessly.

They're responsible for killing tens of thousands of civilians, causing widespread destruction, leaving countless numbers homeless, displaced, and impoverished, as well as ending cherished social programs Gaddafi instituted.

According to a New York Times editorial headlined "Murder in Benghazi," Libya's "pro-democracy revolution had no better friend than" Stevens.

The Times not only spurned truth, it blasphemed it. Stevens like all US ambassadors and officials serve imperial Washington's interests. They're contemptuous of democracy and rule of law principles.

"The worst thing now would be for the United States to turn away from its commitments to work with Libya (and help it) build (a) stable new societ(y)."

America's interest is plunder, exploitation and dominance. It won't tolerate democracy or anything resembling it. It doesn't at home or anywhere abroad.

A blasphemous anti-Muslim film incited violence. It killed Stevens and others. An Israeli/American filmmaker made it. He calls himself Sam Bacile. According to the Los Angeles Times, public record searches, "including court, voting, telephone or property databases - show no one" by that name in California.

AP said Nakoula Basseley Nakoula uses the alias Nicola Bacily. He acknowledged managing the company that produced the film. He claims Bacile is real and directed it. Federal court papers revealed Nakoula aliases include Bacily, Erwin Salameh, and others.

"Bacile," or whatever his name is, stands by his filth. Over 100 Jewish donors funded him.

Perhaps Romney supporter/billionaire Sheldon Adelson was one. Perhaps Netanyahu, other Israeli hardliners, and Mossad either supported it or were involved. It bears classic Israeli fingerprints.

"Bacile" claims he wrote, directed and produced it. He calls Islam "a cancer." Weeks earlier, the film was shown in Los Angeles. It runs two hours. It attracted little attention.

On 9/11 eve, he released an Arabic 13 minute trailer. It's titled "Innocence of Muslims." Facebook was used to promote it. It circulated via You Tube. Violence followed.

He calls Mohammad a baffoon, a donkey, a philanderer, an opportunist, a pedophile, homosexual, and religious fraud. One scene depicts him having sex. Muslims and responsible critics denounced him.

In 2005, the Danish newspaper Jyllands Posten published blasphemous caricatures. They depicted the Prophet Mohammad irreverently. One showed him wearing a turban throwing a bomb. Riots followed in many Muslim countries. Deaths occurred in Afghanistan, India, Libya, and perhaps elsewhere.

In 2011, the Center for American Progress produced a report titled "Fear, Inc.: The Roots of the Islamophobia Network in America." It revealed that seven US-based pro-Israeli organizations spent over $40 million from 2001 - 2009 spreading anti-Islamic hate.

Racist Pastor Terry Jones heads the Gainesville, FL-based Dove World Outreach Center. In 2010, he cancelled plans to burn the Koran after then Afghan commander David Petraeus said doing so would endanger US forces.

In 2011, he incited rage over threats to "put the Koran on trial" and burn it. Pleas by religious leaders and US officials failed to dissuade him. His assistant, Wayne Sapp, committed the sacrilege and broadcast it online. He also burned an image of the Prophet Mohammad.

In April 2012, he did it again. According to the Gainesville Sun, his church was issued a citation for violating city fire ordinances.

Analyst Gordon Duff calls Jones a CIA asset "run by rogue handlers, and heavily promoted by Mossad elements throughout the Middle East." His blasphemy draws attention. He's used to incite Islamophobia.

He's linked to the anti-Islamic video. He promoted and helped circulate it. He bears responsibility with others for the violence it incited.

US soldiers involved in Koran burnings and other forms of desecration provoked outrage when they happened.

Muslims believe the holy Koran is an exact record of words revealed by God through the Angel Gabriel to Muhammad. He taught them to others. Scribes passed them on. Throughout centuries of Islamic history, its 114 chapters remained unchanged.

The Koran's the primary source of Muslim faith and practice. It covers all human concerns, including wisdom, beliefs, worship and law. It also focuses on God's relationship with humanity, and provides guidelines for a just society, proper relationships, and just divisions of power.

It teaches love, not hate; peace, not violence; charity, not selfishness; and tolerance, not terrorism. Its five pillars include profession of faith, prayer five times daily, fasting during Ramadan, charity, and performing the Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in a lifetime for those able to afford it.

In February, clashes followed US Bagram Air Base soldiers dumping Koran copies and other Islamic holy materials in debris piles for burning.

Military officials lied. They claimed they contained "extremist inscriptions" and were used to "facilitate extremist communications." This incident followed earlier ones and release of a January video showing Marines urinating on Afghan corpses.

Protests erupted each time. Hollow apologies heightened anger, especially after 11 years of brutal war, occupation, daily killings, and extreme deprivation in ravaged Afghanistan.

Western media reports claimed rockets fired at Washington's Benghazi consulate killed Stevens and three members of his staff. According to The New York Times, "Islamist militants armed with antiaircraft weapons and rocket-propelled grenades stormed" the mission late Tuesday.

His body wasn't "located until Wednesday morning at dawn, when he was found dead at a Benghazi hospital, American and Libyan officials said." Libyan sources said he died of asphyxiation caused by smoke from ignited fires.

On September 12, the American Iranian Friendship Committee published a different version of events. Images reveal a rocket attack wasn't responsible. Apparently, Stevens "was dragged through the streets and tortured. They don't mind when it's Gaddafi or one of your brown people, but not one of us."

The Mossad-connected DebkaFile said gunmen attacking America's mission split in two groups. One fired rockets at the consulate "on the assumption that (Stevens') bodyguards would" whisk him out of harm's way under secret service protection.

The second group spotted his "getaway vehicle and the ambassador's armed escort and lay in wait to ambush them." They killed him and his bodyguards "at point blank range."

Washington responded its usual way. Obama promised revenge. He ordered stepped up diplomatic mission security. He sent in the marines. He dispatched two guided missile destroyers. Pentagon spokesman called these steps precautionary measures.

Washington spent more than two decades ravaging North Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. Tuesday's attack suggests blowback. The suspiciously timed anti-Islamic hate film suggests Israeli involvement. Expect no official confirmation.

According to Haaretz, "Netanyahu has gone to war. Not against Iran. Not yet, at least. But his bellicose road to Tehran runs through Washington."

He picked "a very public fight with" Obama….(I)t's no great secret. (He) wants him defeated" in November. He wants Romney elected. He thinks he'll be quicker to attack Iran.

Perhaps so. Perhaps not. Rhetoric and policy bear little relationship to each other, especially during electoral campaigns.

If Netanyahu's involved in or responsible for the blasphemous film, violence it incited, and four American deaths, perhaps rock solid US/Israeli relations will suffer along with his own political future. What follows bears watching.

KINGSTON, NY -- Try to imagine more deluded reporting than this by America's Presstitute "free press." For 11 years Washington in pursuit of its rightful hegemony has been sending troops, bombers, jet fighters, helicopter gunships, drones, and assassination teams into seven Muslim countries. Two of the Muslim countries, Iraq and Libya, and perhaps more depending on how you see it, have been overthrown by Washington and left in chaos.

Washington's assaults on seven countries have blown up weddings, funerals, kids' soccer games, farm houses, hospitals, aid workers, schools, people walking along the streets, village elders, but the Muslims don't mind! They understand that the well-meaning Americans who love them and are committed to their human rights, are bringing them democracy and women's rights. The million or more dead, maimed, and displaced Muslims are a low price to be paid for liberation by Washington.

The Muslims understand that liberation has costs and were content with Washington's liberating violence until some idiot in California produced an anti-Islamic film. This film, and not Washington's predations, set the Muslim world alive with "hate America."

On the symbolic date of September 11, the US ambassador to Libya and some other Washington representatives were assassinated in Libya. According to the Presstitute media, the assassins did not kill the Americans because Washington destroyed their country and left them in chaos. The assassins killed the Americans because of an anti-Islamic film for which the murdered American representatives were not responsible.

This is the way Washington works and thinks. It is not Washington's slaughter of Muslims and control over their societies and political life that produces blowback. It is independent film-makers in California!

Deluded politicians in Washington, both Republicans and Democrats and, of course, the bought-and-paid-for "experts," brought these forceful rejections of America upon us all. Washington has not only attacked Muslim countries on the basis of concocted lies - weapons of mass destruction, al Qaeda connections, brutal dictators - but also destroyed the secular governments who held the Islamists in check, and prevented their attacks on US representatives and institutions.

In Egypt, long an American puppet states, the US Embassy was stormed and the US flag was torn apart. If only this was all. Washington could again purchase the Egyptian government, as it has since Anwar Sadat's assassination. But the ongoing news is that Anti-American protests are not only spreading across the Middle East but erupting throughout the world: Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, Iraq, Yemen, Iran, Gaza, Bangladesh, Lebanon, London, and even into Israel.

The Obama administration is blaming al Qaeda, an Islamist group that the administration is currently supporting in its efforts to overthrow the secular Assad government in Syria and the group that the Obama administration used to overthrow the Libyan government, thus leaving a power vacuum in its place. Having destroyed the protection from Islamist attacks that secular Arab rulers provided Washington, Obama, in a show of force, has sent drones, aircraft carriers, Marines, and Tomahawk missile ships to Libya, raising the prospect that more schools and children's soccer games will be mistaken for jihadi encampments and blown up.

Attempting to politicize the turmoil, Presidential candidate Mitt Romney declared that the US needed him in the White House and as president he would provide "...the leadership that America respects and will keep us admired throughout the world."

What admiration is Romney talking about? Who are the admirers? In Egypt Muslims marching to the beat of "death to America," have not been deterred by police after three days of protests. CBS reports that "Police continue to fire tear gas in hopes it will deplete the strength of the demonstrators but they [the demonstrators] are proving relentless."

Kings Good, Dictators Bad! Unlike the Washington-supported Saudi royal family that absorbs most of their nation's oil income, Qaddafi allocated the oil money to Libyans. In Cynthia McKinney's excellent book, The Illegal War On Libya, Stephen Lendman writes that Qaddafi "wanted Libyans to share in the country's oil wealth, a notion foreign to America and other Western societies. Under his 1999 Decision No. 111, all Libyans received free healthcare, education, electricity, water, training, rehabilitation, housing assistance, disability, old-age benefits, interest-free state loans, as well as generous subsidies to study abroad, buy a new car, help when they marry, practically free gasoline, and more."

Why did such a relatively wealthy and egalitarian country need to be "liberated" by Washington and its NATO war criminal puppet state?

What was achieved by overthrowing a government that provided for its people in better ways than do Western governments for the people they govern?

The US is the new Rome, and Europe, the UK, Canada, Japan, and Australia are its tributary dominions along with the oil kingdoms.

In his book, Rubicon, Tom Holland describes what it is like to be a dominion of a powerful and ruthless military state:

"Prior to the cataclysms of B.C. 146, there had been some confusion as to the precise definition of 'freedom.' When the Romans claimed to be guaranteeing it, what did this mean? ... Anti-Islam movie's producer may land in prison for probation violation.

The filmmaker responsible for the anti-Muslim film 'Innocence of Muslims,' was called in by Los Angeles police for questioning, county officials confirmed.

The California probation office is reviewing whether Nakoula, who was convicted on bank fraud charges, violated his parole by uploading the film onto the Internet.


The 13-minute video, portrayed the Prophet Mohammad engaging in a variety of offensive behavior.



Nakoula, known under at least a dozen other aliases including Sam Bacile, the name under which the controversial film was produced, had been previously convicted of crimes including bank fraud and the intention to manufacture methamphetamine.

In 2010, he was found guilty of opening bank accounts using stolen identities and Social Security numbers, and was sentenced to 21 months in prison. Nakoula was released in June 2011 on the condition of restricted Internet access for five years.

More US embassies are being attacked, in many cases with numerous casualties, in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Sudan, Lebanon, India, Balgadesh, Indonesia, and others.

The most logical step would be to round up ALL religious extremists (Zionists and Islamists) and confine them to a mental institution along with the other people who are a danger to self and/or others.

Instead of assuming positions of leadership in human society ALL religious extremists will be labeled and identified as such by psychological testing and then be placed under psychiatric care.

"Anxiety May Be at Root of Religious Extremism, Researchers Find"


ScienceDaily (July 6, 2010) — Anxiety and uncertainty can cause us to become more idealistic and more radical in our religious beliefs, according to new findings by York University researchers, published in this month's issue of the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology.



In a series of studies, more than 600 participants were placed in anxiety-provoking or neutral situations and then asked to describe their personal goals and rate their degree of conviction for their religious ideals. This included asking participants whether they would give their lives for their faith or support a war in its defence.

Across all studies, anxious conditions caused participants to become more eagerly engaged in their ideals and extreme in their religious convictions. In one study, mulling over a personal dilemma caused a general surge toward more idealistic personal goals. In another, struggling with a confusing mathematical passage caused a spike in radical religious extremes. In yet another, reflecting on relationship uncertainties caused the same religious zeal reaction.

Researchers found that religious zeal reactions were most pronounced among participants with bold personalities (defined as having high self-esteem and being action-oriented, eager and tenacious), who were already vulnerable to anxiety, and felt most hopeless about their daily goals in life.

A basic motivational process called Reactive Approach Motivation (RAM) is responsible, according to lead researcher Ian McGregor, Associate Professor in York's Department of Psychology, Faculty of Health. "Approach motivation is a tenacious state in which people become 'locked and loaded' on whatever goal or ideal they are promoting. They feel powerful, and thoughts and feelings related to other issues recede," he says.

"RAM is usually an adaptive goal regulation process that can re-orient people toward alternative avenues for effective goal pursuit when they hit a snag. Our research shows that humans can sometimes co-opt RAM for short term relief from anxiety, however. By simply promoting ideals and convictions in their own minds, people can activate approach motivation, narrow their motivational focus away from anxious problems, and feel serene as a result," says McGregor.

Researchers also measured participants' superstitious beliefs and deference toward a controlling God in order to distinguish religious zeal from meeker forms of devotion. "Anxiety-provoking threats sometimes also cause people to become paranoid and more submissive to externally-controlling forces, so we wanted to rule out that interpretation for our results," he says. Anxious uncertainty had no effect on either superstition or religious submission.

Findings published last year in the journal Psychological Science by the same authors and collaborators at the University of Toronto found that strong religious beliefs are associated with low activity in the anterior cingulate cortex, the part of the brain that becomes active in anxious predicaments.

"Taken together, the results of this research program suggest that bold but vulnerable people gravitate to idealistic and religious extremes for relief from anxiety," McGregor says."

1.1. The Violent Defence of Religion Derives From Secret Doubt

I find no better way to start this page off by than quoting from my page "Why Question Beliefs?" (2009):

Atheists and scientists do not kill each other over their beliefs. The adherents of superstring theory have never killed opposing theorists, and Lamarckian Evolutionists never killed any Darwinian Evolutionists on account of their beliefs. Newton and Einstein may have disagreed, but they refrained from violently attacking each other's followers. Like them, Arius and Athanasius disagreed over theory in the 4th century, although in their case it wasn't physics, but about the nature of Christ. The Arians and the Nicene Christians, however, soon ended up damning each other to hell because of the other's "wrong" beliefs, and then resorted to murder, aggression and burning until the Arians had been wiped out. Even standard sociological inquiries about beliefs and the history of beliefs can be found offensive simply because the attempts to rationally describe beliefs requires questions to be asked about how the beliefs work.

A commentator said to me that it would do no good to eradicate religion. He said "then they'd just kill each other in the name of something else. Like which football team they support!". I still think we would be better off. Football teams do not claim to be divinely inspired. They do not force upon people any particular intellectual framework, nor link it to moral theory. Under footballism, people are still free to enquire about the world with a free mind. The fact that religions claim divinity, that they claim absolute truth and link morality, society, authority and philosophy all into one whole, makes people more likely to fight and die for them. What is so weak about religious truths that they require defending with such bloodshed? It is this: People would rather cling to wishful thinking and false hopes, rather than face the complex realities of life. Simple answers appeal to people more than complicated scientific ones.

Because religious people secretly doubt religious beliefs, they do not permit their beliefs to be calmly questioned. They fear that their beliefs will unravel. Instead, they declare that faith is greater than intellectualism (in other words: they want to continue believing even though the evidence is against them). They declare that it is offensive to question their beliefs. They declare that questions are wrong! And if you persist in your questioning as a person, they'll declare you an intolerant bigot. If two such groups of faithful people meet, the consequences are dangerous for all in their midst. The starting point of this slippery slope was when individuals ceased to allow their beliefs to be calmly debated and questioned.”

Pagan literature is fond of a phrase used to emplore the world not to return to the rule of faith-based intolerance and superstition: "Never Again the Burning Times". It is a pledge never to let the world fall again into an age of faith. However Humanity continues to fail, because a dark age continues to engulf much of the world even in the twentyfirst century.

Now, much of the Muslim and Arab world is enshrouded in an age of faith so dark that once again, religious police and theocratic regimes enforce forms of religion on the people. Massive ignorance exists of science, human rights and comparative religion because it is unlawful to teach anything that contradicts the Qur'an. The Muslim world today is in a dark age, as was Christianity before it.


“As the Roman Empire progressed, scientific knowledge and academia flourished as best as was possible in the ancient world. Europe was largely the beneficiary of this knowledge "but during the Dark Ages in Western Europe the ability to read and write had become largely confined to the clergy, as too had a knowledge of the Latin tongue"13. After the collapse of the Roman Empire, the only major European power that remained was that of the Catholic Church, which had largely become synonymous with all forms of rulership. Under its influence, science was all but destroyed as Church dogma and doctrine was violently enforced. Philosophical works were burned and lost, medicine and psychology set back hundreds of years. Neurologists Davison & Neale note during the "Dark Ages for all medicine [...] Christian monasteries, through their missionary and educational work, replaced physicians as healers and authorities on mental disorder. [...] When monks cared for the mentally disordered, they prayed over them and touched them with relics or they concocted fantastic potions for them to drink in the waning phase of the moon"14. The Age of Faith was an era of Christian fundamentalism and superstition, of theocracy (rule by religion). During this time, the Arab world carried the torch of knowledge and surpassed Europe in its understanding of philosophy, mathematics, and the sciences in general.

But then the Arab world itself fell under increasingly conservative Islam. Some Universities in Europe (three existed by 1200CE), independent from most constraints, had survived. They obtained Greek knowledge about the world via Arab translations15. The spark of the Enlightenment set fires under the authority of the Church in the West, and the West emerged from its dark ages as the Arab world plunged into its own, from which it has not yet emerged. [...]

The Arab world is not synonymous with the Muslim world, but, in the overlap between the two we see a lack of knowledge of science that is unimaginable to those brought up in developed Western countries. Those who do at least know of scientific theories are very likely to reject them as untrue. The Arab world is still in the depths of a Muslim Dark Ages, and although authors from time to time hail signs of an Islamic enlightenment, one has not yet come to pass, and for every step forward in one area of public engagement with science, there seems to be equal steps backwards elsewhere.”

When dramatic social changes after the turn of the millennium brought an end to the isolation of the era, the Church fought to maintain its supremacy and control. When these crusades failed to subdue dissent, the Church turned its force against European society itself, launching a brutal assault upon southern France and instituting the Inquisition.”

Insted we get repeated attempts to distract away from the source of the violence, by framing it as a religious problem - like above..

Empire building has always been supported by religious hype and extremism, from "Manifest Destiny" in the U.S. and beginning as early as the Burning Times and Inquisition. The Roman Empire persecution of the early Christians was also religiously motivated. The Roman Empire was a bad example of paganism, it shows that ANY religion can be used by tyrants for purposes of expansive militarism and occupations.

The reason that religion and empire are hopelessly linked is that the citizens of empire must be delusional enough from religious extremism to support such criminal acts by their government against people in other nations.

The source of the religious extremism are some minority extremists from both sides that push easily influenced people into becoming soldiers. Most young people in the U.S., Israel or Iran would not willingly sacrifice their lives to go and kill some strangers unless they were tricked by their respective leaders into believing that these strangers wished them harm.

Resources like petroleum may be the true source of the Middle East military conflicts, though for our leaders to openly admit this and to demand the youth of the U.S. sacrifice their lives for cheaper oil would not be acceptable, so our leaders must devise some religious based threat to motivate our nation's impressionable youth to give up school, family and work to become soldiers.

There are plenty of lies coming from Islamist extremists, especially those who seek to cover up their own past links to paganism. The daughters of Allah; Al Lat, Al Uzza and Menat are ignored and insulted by the right wing fundamentalist Islamists despite their importance to early Muslims as intercessors between humans and Allah. How can a true Muslim claim to love Allah while simultaneously denouncing Allah's daughters as "infidels"?



Background on pre-Islamic Arabic Paganism;

It is an undeniable fact of history that before Muhammed was born, in the Pagan Arabian religion, Allah was the name of the principal deity in Mecca who had three daughters (S53:19/20): Uzzah; Lat; Manat. According to their traditions they acted as Allah's INTERCESSORS.

The Goddesses Al-Uzza, Al-Lat and Manat formed a triad in pre-Islamic Arabia.

The three were worshipped as uncut aniconic stones. They were widely worshipped: from Nabatean Petra in the North to the legendary Kingdoms of Arabia Felix in the South, including Saba, the Biblical Sheba; as far east as Iran and Palmyra; and the three of them were very popular Goddesses in Mecca at the time of Muhammad.

Sometimes the three of them are referred to as the daughters of Allah; sometimes Manat and Al-Lat are considered daughters of Al-Uzza.

Al-Uzza, "the Strong One", "The Most Mighty", "The Mighty One" was as mentioned earlier, a pre-Islamic Arabian goddess, the virgin warrior and youngest in the triad of goddesses was one of the most venerated Arab Deities, and the Goddess of the morning and evening star, the planet Venus and was a blood-thirsty goddess which requires sacrifices; both animal and human.





Despite the 'Islamization' of pagan Arabian religion, the 'Muslim' version of Allah did not escape his two daughters al Lat and al Uzza since they appear on top of almost every mosque and on the flags of several 'Muslim' countries. These are the Crescent (al Lat) and the Star/ Planet (al Uzza).

Muhammad, in the final analysis, had no choice but to keep almost 99% of pagan Arabian traditions and fetishes and only succeeded in destroying all the other rock gods and goddesses associated with Allah.

The same followers of Muhammad who rage against the pagans and Christians as idolators, are actually idolators 'par excellence' themselves, since they still venerate the same Arabian pagan symbols of their ancestors whom Muhammad and his Quran so assiduously insulted and consigned to Hell and Perdition.

20: 109 On that Day shall no intercession avail except for those for whom permission has been granted by (Allah) Most Gracious and whose word is acceptable to Him.

In Arabian paganism, the idea of subordinate divine beings acting as mediators and intercessors with Allah is a recorded fact. That Muhammad actually once thought of the three goddesses as interceding angels is shown by his later addition to the aforementioned
Sura 53.26-29:

53: 26 How many so ever be the angels in the heavens their intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He pleases and that he is acceptable to Him. Verily it is they who believe not in the life to come, who name the angels with names of females: But herein they have no knowledge: they follow a mere conceit; and mere conceit can never take the place of acceptance of truth.'

Here Muhammad implies, that the goddesses are in reality angels, to whom the pagans in their ignorance have given feminine names (comp. 37, 149-50: 43.18). He also recognizes, albeit with strict reservations, the right of the angels to make intercession.

The Chrisitans have covered up a great deal of their own history with paganism, such as the unknown birthdate of Jesus being celebrated only a few days away from the pagan celebration of Yule.


In 350, Pope Julius I declared that Christ's birth would be celebrated on December 25. There is little doubt that he was trying to make it as painless as possible for pagan Romans (who remained a majority at that time) to convert to Christianity. John Hagee, who is founder of the organization "Christians United for Israel" (CUFI) at their annual Policy Conference (March 2007) in Washington DC . So this is a new and dangerous alliance, an embrace of a real loony ideology. Thanks to the leadership of AIPAC, the likes of Hagee has now been brought to the mainstream. He shares a stage not only with Dick Cheney but also with "liberal" Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi. Strange bedfellows indeed.
