The owners of Wurstkuche Restaurant, Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson AKA Wilson, Pitruzzelli Investments, LLC., are suing Los Angeles artist David Goldner for calling them "The Anti-Artists of the Los Angeles Arts District" and a few other choice names in his on line blogs at WurstkucheBlogs.com and WurstkucheSucks.com. Are they self fulfilling the artist’s own prophecy with this frivolous law suit? The artist, David Goldner insists that is the case and vows to keep his blogs on line, demanding it is his first amendment rights Wurskuche owners are now trying to desperately violate as they try to hide the truth of illegal activity and the 24 hour disruption they became after arriving in the Los Angeles Arts District. David says the owners of Wurstkuche have violated his rights since the first week they moved into the Los Angeles Arts District. According to on line blogs at WurstkucheSucks.com, artist David Goldner insists Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson are his own personal anti-artist demons and seems to have the evidence to prove it posted on several new web sites he has created. WurstkucheSucks.com, WurstkucheBlogs.com and LAArtsDistrictBlogs.com. The web sites still seems to be under construction, but from what is there already, what David Goldner went through would be anyone’s worst nightmare, not just an artist’s. WurstkucheSucks.com contains documentation of blogs, emails, images and sounds as David illustrates the daily torture that drove him out of his long time studio with Wurstkuche restaurant’s arrival in the LA Arts District and their illegal use of the Artist in Residence loft directly next to his as a noisy, 24 hour commercial warehouse for their restaurant next door. David also reportedly battled with his landlord, Linear City developer Paul Solomon, who was also cited by the city of Los Angeles for the illegal use of the Artist in Residence loft directly next to David’s studio, along with one of Wurstkuche's owners, Tyler Wilson who was also cited for the illegal use of the AIR loft next to David Goldner’s legal live / work studio at 808 E. 3rd St. in the heart of the LA Arts District.
