PAUL SOLOMON & WILSON PITRUZZELLI INVESTMENTS CASTIGATED FOR ILLEGAL USE OF ARTIST LOFT

Paul Solomon, Joseph Pitruzzelli & Tyler Wilson are all castigated in Arts District Blogs for the disruptive and illegal use of Artist Lofts that are forcing actual artist's to move out of the now highly commercialized Los Angeles arts District as Jan Perry and the Los Angeles city council do nothing but encourage it to happen. These web sites highlight the blogs of artist David Goldner who was forced out of his long time Los Angeles arts district loft loft after Wurstkuche Restaurant moved in next to him and and illegally used an Artist in Residence Loft between him and the restaurant as an illegal 24 hour noisy commercial warehouse for Wurstkuche restaurant next door. This illegal activity by Wilson Pitruzzelli Investments was wrongly sanctioned by Los Angeles arts district developer, Paul Solomon who was cited by the city of Los Angeles for that illegal use along with Wurstkuche Restaurant owners, Tyler Wilson & Joseph Pitruzzelli, of Wilson Pitruzzelli Investments. But rather then doing the right thing, developer Paul Solomon then turned against the actual artist he was disturbing, trying to evict him rather then stop his illegal rental of a residence as a noisy warehouse that Solomon was getting more money for. Now, rather then an artist loft, David Goldner's old studio is now a Beverly Hills priced specialty retail clothing store, next to Wilson Pitruzzelli Investments on-going noisy nightmare of a warehouse, next to Wurstkuche Restaurant and this is in the heart LA arts district! Why is Los Angeles allowing businesses and developers to push the actual the artists out the the Arts District?? That is two artist loft now gone as a direct result of Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson invading the actual artist in the LA Arts District with their noisy disruptive 24 hour nightmare, Wurstkuche restaurant, and Paul Solomon's incredibly sleazy actions as a self serving greedy Arts District landlord.
