The owners of Wurstkuche, Tyler Wilson and Joseph Pitruzzelli have filed a blatantly frivolous nuisance suit against an Arts District artist, David. "No respect for their artist neighbors"?

The owners of Wurstkuche Restaurant, Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson are suing Los Angeles artist David Goldner for calling them them "The Anti-Artists of the Arts District". If you read David's blogs at WurstkucheBlogs.com, he has several years of blogs as Wurstkuche's neighbor, and several choice names in his on line blogs for the owners and what he thinks of the illegal use by Wurstkuche owners Joseph Piturzzelli and Tyler Wilson.

Are they self fulfilling David's own prophecy with this law suit? Are Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson David Goldner's own personal anti-artist demons? David seems to have the evidence to prove his nightmare posted on sev eral new web sites he just started called WurstkucheBlogs.com and WurstkucheSucks.com. Both are under construction but still have enough content to give you an idea of what David Goldner went through after Wurskuche moved in next to him. To be honest, it would be anyone’s worst nightmare, not just an artist’s.

WurstkucheSucks.com contains documentation of blogs, emails, images and sounds as David illustrates the daily torture that drove him out of his long time studio with Wurstkuche restaurant’s arrival in the LA Arts District and their illegal use of the Artist in Residence loft directly next to his as a noisy, 24 hour commercial warehouse for their restaurant next door.

David also reportedly battled with his landlord, developer Paul Solomon, who was also cited by the city of Los Angeles along with one of Wurstkuche's owners, Tyler Wilson for the illegal use of the AIR loft next to David at 808 E. 3rd St. in the LA Arts District.
