Brazilian Justice allows businesses and entrepreneurs to investigate the potential employee before hiring him. Soon lists of job seekers unwanted start to be made and circulated throughout the country producing an illegal, unjust and lasting discrimination. Unwanted workers will be pushed into informal activity (depriving the State of tax) or for criminal activities (requiring the State to spend more money to incarcerate them).
I am a Brazilian lawyer and I am deeply worried, sad and frustrated. This decision is monstrous.

These "labor exclusion lists" are no different of political or racial exclusion lists. Generally produce the same type of individual and collective trauma. Sometimes provoke individual violent reaction, but violent collective reactions is possible if the list leaking into the general public.
