Amid rising tensions between Iran and the West, the Israeli government charged that Iran and its ally Hezbollah were responsible for two bombings on Feb. 13 targeting Israel’s embassy staff in New Delhi, India that injured four, and in Tiblisi, Georgia where a bomb was found and defused. Three Iranian nationals fled the scene of another bomb explosion in Bangkok, Thailand on Feb. 14 that appeared to have been set off accidentally in a house a few miles from the Israeli Embassy. Iran has denied any involvement in the attacks.
