Protest has spilled into west bound lane of first street.
Cyclists are circling the block in support of the encampment.
Still conflicting reports on timing of raid. Mayor office is said to have claimed no raid tonight, but latest police statement seem to indicate raid will start at midnight.
Occupiers are not moving and more supporters are reported still coming into the park.
