Police Attacks on Occupy Wall St. Camps Encourage Violence By Stifling Free Speech

The recent police attacks on Occupy Wall Street camps throughout the nation show that the authoritarian system is getting scared and engaging in counterproductive strategy by forcing peaceful protesters underground. By removing the rights to free speech, this encourages violence and sabotage as the only free speech public platform is now being denied by an authoritarian regime that fears the truth more than anything.

The recent police attacks on Occupy Wall St. camps throughout the nation show the response of authorities to public protest going from bad to worse. These recent police attacks in Oakland, Portland and elsewhere on otherwise peaceful protesters are falling into the "NOW they've REALLY done it!!" category of inciting people to anger and possibly riot.

The authorities cite negative actions by a small fringe element of individuals as an excuse to shut down the occupy camps because "they are dangerous". Well so is life in general so should we all just stay at home and never leave the house because we may get into a car accident as cars are WAY more dangerous and cause 40,000 deaths per year. The logical response to dangerous and/or mentally unstable individuals who come across the outdoor occupy gathering camps would be to remove these individuals and bring them to a place where they will be safe. NOT to scapegout the entire occupy movement and use isolated incidents as an excuse to wage war against the entire occupy camps.

There are consequences to every action, and the police action to shut down the occupy camps will NOT dispell the anger that people are feeling with the establishment system. Sort of like how CIA unmanned drones bombing a funeral procession in Afghanistan to target a single Taliban leader while also killing 25 innocent villagers in the process is detrimentsal to the peace process in the long term, as now the families of the innocent villagers that were killed are going to be angry enough to join the Taliban themselves, thus the CIA drones actually help the Taliban recruitment.

So does shutting down the ONLY avenue of free speech and public protest that exists outside of internet and indy media sites. Giving people a voice in the streets to vent their frustration is much safer than forcing the occupy camps to shut down and thus forcing peaceful protesters into the underground where outlets for frustration now include sabotage of banks and other physical attacks on the system.

People have legitimate reason to be extremely angry with the action taken by certain elements on Wall St., and to be denied the chance to vent this anger is very dangerous and overall poor strategy by the police state. Covert facism is unmasked ONLY when the truth emerges and threatens those in power, then covert facism switches to overt facism. Today we witness the boundaries between covert and overt facism blurring as police attacks increase. The "Dr. Jekyll" Mr. Nice Guy mask that Obama wears is beginning to slip as the status quo demands the Occupy protesters and their message is silenced. Now we witness the more violent "Mr. Hyde" emerging on Obama's mug, the true face of U.S. empire as police batons crack skulls and people breathe in the scent of tear gas.

For those of us who see through the games of "Tweedle-dee vs. Tweedle-dum" between the status quo politicians of BOTH Democrats and Republicans, we understand that change will not come through simply voting and that instead being out on the street or engaged in some form of lifestyle change is needed to achieve actual change, not just soundbytes from a well versed politician.

The true "Master of Puppets" is Wall Street and the corporate banks, (BofA, Goldman Sachs, etc...) who stole billions in bailouts from U.S. taxpayers and continued their same behaviors that caused the economic meltdown in the first place. The puppets being controlled by Wall St. and corporate banks are in BOTH Democrat and Republican parties as they need to answer to their lobbyists who financed the ever more expensive political campaigns. Third parties (Greens, Libertarians, Peace and Freedom, etc...) who speak the truth are excluded from the political process. So we the people are left without options for change within the corrupt system.

We the people will NOT bow down to ANY corporate masters on Wall St. or in the corporate banks or in the capitol. Forcing people out of Occupy Wall St. camps and into the underground will only create space for domestic terrorism to appear the next logical step in resistance.

So to sum up the police state would be wiser to allow free speech to continue at the Occupy Wall St. camps rather than to shut them down and thus create a potential breeding ground for domestic terror groups to begin recruitment of protesters forced into silence and off the streets.

OR

Go ahead and shut down the Occupy Wall St. camps and dig your own graves you fucking morons!!
