the police instead of fixing their customers computer problems?
Sure the guy is a pervert, but it's a victimless crime that didn't hurt ANYBODY.
And with Arizona's draconian laws on child porn this
guy will almost certainly receive a sentences of 100+ years
which will mean he will spend the rest of his life in an
Arizona prison for the victimless crime of looking at dirty pictures.

Hundreds of child porn files found on Mesa man's hard drive
TEMPE, Ariz. - A Mesa man is in jail after more than 400 child pornography images and videos were found on his computer.
The cache was discovered by technicians at Data Doctors after the man took in his hard drive for repair.
Tempe police arrested Michael Surgeon, 42, on Wednesday. He is facing multiple charges of sexual exploitation with a minor.

Surgeon allegedly took his computer hard drive in for repairs on June of 2010 after it crashed.
Clayton Moline, the director of lab operations for Data Doctors, was working to restore the drive when he says he discovered many disturbing images.
"Some pretty big red flags," he said. "In this case we're probably dealing with girls between the ages of 4 and 12 years old."
Data Doctors alerted Tempe police who obtained a warrant for the computer drive and found more than 400 images and videos on the drive, many of which had been flagged during previous child porn investigations.
Some of the files had titles like "4 y.o. Girl MafiaSex," and "Little Girl Rape."
On Wednesday more than 15 months from the initial discovery, Surgeon was arrested in Tempe.

He allegedly told police he had downloaded the files using the peer to peer file sharing program "Limewire."
He said he downloaded and stored the files and would then notify the internet provider company about the illegal files, according to court documents.
Police said Surgeon never contacted any local or federal law enforcement regarding the illegal files.
Moline said this is far from the first child porn discovery he's made while repairing customers' computers. [Looks like this creep routinely spies on the customers of Data Doctors]
"It really boggles the mind that someone would check in a hard drive that has crashed, knowing that there's already content on it that could put them away for decades," Moline said.
