As 50 State Attorney's General Mortgage Fraud probe continues, a possible settlement is being talked about. We know from history that "financial criminals" who commit massive crimes against the people get away with the crimes. Should Banksters get away with the crimes committed against the Nation?

As everyone knows by now, Attorney’s General from around the Country are on a “rush” to settle with those that have committed the biggest Real Estate fraud in U.S. History. My question is why? Why do they are so eager to settle?

I am a victim of the “financial criminals” who are being considered on a possible settlement. Since 2007 I have reported the crimes to my Attorney General without answers.

I’m not an attorney, neither a investigator. I am not a politician, neither a well connected person. I’m an average family man. I am a U.S. Veteran and a hard working man who was defrauded of my house not once but twice. In February 16, 2011 my house was stolen the second time. This last time was by the biggest Financial Institutions in the world. When I hear how the top Law Enforcers in the Nation want to settle with the criminals it makes me upset and very sad. I know what the criminals did not only to me but to my entire family. My kids have been victimized in ways that you can not imagine. My marriage destroyed. The list of suffering and pain that I have had to endured is so long. I also know that I am not alone. There are millions of other families across America who are also victims. So our questions is ”why are prosecutors want to settle with the criminals that have victimized the Nation?”

There is mountains of evidence against the criminals. Mortgage fraud, notary fraud, investment fraud, forgeries, duplicate documents, wire fraud, mail fraud, Title fraud, escrow fraud, business fraud, loan modification fraud, securities fraud, trading fraud, bond fraud, consumer fraud, banking fraud, are just of the few crimes that have taken placed. As a matter of fact, they ”are still taking place”. And let us not forget the fraud that was committed against the Military families!

What we are seen is a breaking down and weakness of the ”Justice System” in the Nation. We are a country of Laws and Justice, so why are the laws not being enforce against those that have victimized the Nation? History tells us of countless of big time Banksters who that have caused massive damage to the ”people” and who have walked away with just a slap in the hand. Not too long ago we saw how the biggest fraudster, Countrywide Mozilo walk away without prosecutions. Does the law matter anymore?

Attorney’s Generals need to stop politicizing the issue and do what they got elected to do, “enforce the law”. The crimes have affected Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Libertarians, black, white, hispanic, asian, rich, poor. So lets get over the politics of the issue and prosecute the criminals!

If they let the criminals walk away with small settlements and without prosecutions, the message will be clear, IF YOU HAVE
