Climate Scientists Now Connect Extreme Weather with Global Climate Change

Interview with Kevin Trenberth, senior scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research , conducted by Melinda Tuhus

Record-setting weather events -- vast floods along the Mississippi River and shockingly destructive tornadoes in the South -- have dominated the news in the U.S. for the past several weeks. Up to now, climate scientists have always been careful to say that no particular weather event can be linked directly to climate change. But many climate experts are now pointing linking climate change directly to some of these weather-related disasters.

"climate change" in the context of extreme weather events – and added that the scientific community is still trying to understand how polluting our atmosphere with billions of tons of greenhouse gases affects tornadic activity." blah blah blah

no kidding... but it's got to be 'greenhouse' gasses [ carbon tax and trading! ] from the same discredited source as before.

look up

climategate and the entire UN debacle of rigged and missing data.

These individuals never give up, do they?

You mean the climate change deniers won't give up. The greenhouse gas theory is generally accepted by scientists.

The oil business is funding the anti-ghg deniers. The hollowness of their arguments is underscored by the Bible thumper faction, who go as far as saying that climate is changing, but it's God doing the changing.

That's straight up paganism or animism theology. You know: doing rain dances and animal sacrifices to appease the gods so the weather will be good, so the crops will have enough water.

"You mean the climate change deniers won't give up. The greenhouse gas theory is generally accepted by scientists"

show us these 'scientists' who are not being paid by the corrupt conflicts of interests in the carbon trading scam.

water vapor is 2700X the greenhouse effect of CO2.

Your 'big oil' boogyman is funded by insider subsidies.

look up
