The latest US/NATO missiles and air strikes in Libya is not only directed to the North African country was a dire warning to Latin American nations specifically Cuba, Venezuela and Bolivia that they will suffer the same American response if they dare to defy the Imperialist gods. The Alliance-Philippines believe that it is not a coincidence that the air and missile strikes were announced while US president Barack Obama while he was in Brazil. Obama announced the US action while on the first leg of the Latin American tour. He said the US-NATO attacks was a response to Libyan Omar Gaddafi's attack against his people.

Missiles and Air strikes vs Libya, A Warning to Latin America

Los Angeles— The latest US/NATO missiles and air strikes in Libya is not only directed to the North African country was a dire warning to Latin American nations specifically Cuba, Venezuela and Bolivia that they will suffer the same American response if they dare to defy the Imperialist gods.

The Alliance said: “ the attack was a veiled but a dire warning that the US can attack anyone with impunity.

The Obama’s assurance that “US troops will not be deployed on the ground for military action.”should not be taken seriously. His attack on Libya is also an advance warning for Cuba, Venezuela and other ALBA nations who are resisting US encroachment both militarily and economically.

China, Russia and Brazil is right in registering their “reservations on military action and “no fly zone”.

The UN resolution might be taken a precedent as a invitation for direct US aggression in the countries they might as consider as enemies.” The AJLPP added.
