English are concerned with the Brazilian carnival. Is the carnival ours or does it belong to them?

I read in BBC Brazil:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/portuguese/noticias/2011/03/110307_carnaval_madeinchina_pu.shtml?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter

This only made to laugh me and to think:

"OK next Year we won't commemorate the Carnival but CHIRnaval."

And since we are speaking about something so relevant, it is never too much to remind that the vehicle is the message. But in this case the true message is that the is half also 'made in China.' Can anybody there answer me how many computers, camcorders, digital cameras, iPdas and other electronic and digital things use by BBC and Financial Times' journalists they are not 'made in China'?

And the cheap Christmas decorations broadly use in the USA, in Europe and in Brazil? They also are not 'made in China'? The American wars in Iraq and in Afghanistan they are not being financed by China with collected tributes of the sale of 'made in China' products?

To discover that the Brazilian carnival is 'made in China' actually nor it arrives to be news, because news is what contradicts the normality. The journalist Júnia Nogueira de Sá say that:

"If a dog bites a man, that is not news. If the man bites the dog, it is not also news. If the man was paying to the dog for their sexual favors, there yes it would be news. But it would not be a news of first page. To be headline, the dog it would have to be smaller of age and the man should have an important position in the government. Or should the dog and the man have, both, the same sex unless they worked at the movies, what would transform the headline in a note of the column of gossips. If the dog had falsified the name of somebody plenty known in a check, there it would be news again. Now, if the dog went a great announcer, the case would have interest much less than it could seem at first."

The products 'made in China' they flooded the whole world. They to flood Brazilian CHIRnaval it should not cause journalistic fright or media commotion. After all, when it is treated of 'made in China' it is difficult to say that is really news. As the definition above transcribed, at this time, to be headline the 'made in China' he/she would have to be manufactured out of China, bought with falsified Chinese coin and marketed broadly among Chinese as true 'made in China' product.
