In Orange County, justice is upside down and backwards in family court

Last year, a violent abuser held a 93 year old woman prisonerer and did irreparable damage to her spine. This year, Judge James L. Waltz has ordered a sale of property in which the elderly woman has all the equity. The judge did not order the sale on behalf of the elderly woman. He ordered the sale on behalf of the batterer in a case to which the woman was not a party. The batterer had no equity in the property. Nobody in the case had any equty in the property.

They elderly should watch their property. You never know when some Orange County family law judge will sell your assets on behalf of people with no interest in your property.
