Police and sheriff's agencies around the Inland Empire will be conducting sobriety checkpoints and patrols focusing on motorists driving while under the influence through New Year's Day.

Police and sheriff's agencies around the Inland Empire will be conducting sobriety checkpoints and patrols focusing on motorists driving while under the influence through New Year's Day.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department released a schedule this week of cities participating in checkpoints under the Avoid the 25 campaign.
- Today, 7 p.m. until 3 a.m., DUI checkpoints in Loma Linda, San Bernardino, Redlands, Montclair, Chino and Rialto; 8 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI patrols in Rialto and Victorville.
- Saturday, 7 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI checkpoints in Highland, Yucaipa, Fontana, Barstow and Redlands; 8 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI patrols in Redlands and Ontario.
- Sunday, 8 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI patrols in Rialto and Highland.
- Monday, 8 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI patrols Redlands and Highland; additional DUI operations from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. in Victorville, Hesperia and Apple Valley.
- Dec. 23, 7 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI checkpoint, Redlands and Upland; 8 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI patrols in Rialto.
- Dec. 26, 8 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI patrols in Rialto and at Cal State University San Bernardino.
- Dec. 27, 8 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI patrols, Upland and Redlands.
- Dec. 29, 7 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI checkpoint in Chino.
- Dec. 30, 7 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI checkpoint in Upland, Apple Valley and Redlands; 8 p.m. to 3 a.m., DUI patrols in Rialto and Barstow.

you do know, of course, that you cannot be stopped, questioned, searched or detained without probable cause. right? I mean, this is supposed to be a constitutional republic, who's public servants have taken an oath to abide to. right? soon y'all are going to be 'scanned' as a matter of normal procedure. 'cause none of you have enough brains, foresight or concern to address this issue. you are sheep. waiting to be sheared, skinned and eaten. right...
