State Sponsored Terror U.S.A.

The government authored threat contained herein displays a custom, policy and procedure established in the United States for over a decade that is highly offensive to the United States Constitution and U.S. law.

The threat contained in the government authored court document, paragraph 4, can be evaluated with consideration of the following:

United States Constitution, Amendment One

United States Constitution, Amendment Five

United States Constitution, Amendment Eight

United States Constitution, Amendment Fourteen

18 U.S.C. § 241 (Conspiracy Against Rights)

18 U.S.C. § 242 (Deprivation of rights under color of law).

For over a decade the closest and lifelong friend and top appointee of former presidential candidate and DNC chairman Howard Dean has constantly refused to withdraw or rescind the threat. This man, Vermont Attorney General William Sorrell, epitomizes the use of blanket civil rights violations such as courthouse banishment as a tool of terror. Sorrell defended this threat and his prosecutor who authored it in federal court.

The FBI and the Justice Department are also aware of this long-standing threat and apparently applaud this perversion. Tactics such as this can be just as effective in crushing dissent as a bomb throwing terrorist.
