This is a copy of an e-mail that I sent to Mr. Gilbert J.Chin, Senior Editor of Science Magazine, of the American Association For The Advancement Of Science.
Dear, Mr. Chin:
I'm contacting you, as your profile says that you are responsible for psychology & neuro consciousness. ( Actually: cognitive neuroscience. )
You might summarily dismiss me as insane, but if allowed to take the MMPI-2, & perhaps get an MRI, I believe that you would prove to be mistaken.
Fanatics ignore evidence. I do not. Most scientists do, & so do most people who call themselves "skeptics".
A true skeptic, like myself, retains reasonable doubts about outre claims, but does seriously investigate the evidence with genuine interest & curiousity, before passing judgments.
If I am mistaken about anything, I truly wish to carefully consider the evidence. I research all of the opposing evidence that I can find.
Most scientists don't.
Many believe in concepts that are utterly preposterous, just like religious dogmatists, & refuse to consider that they might be mistaken, or allow criticism from those outside of their community.
Until they are proven wrong by those inside of their community. Then they cling to those new concepts with equal ferver.
Until those are proven to be in err as well, by others in the community. Just like religious reformation.
They have faith, that they can count on the instruments that they use to conduct their experiments with to be as "infallable" as the Pope.
Until those are up-dated, proven to have been obsolete.
As one example, I will cite how dinosaur bones were thought to be from giant lizards, then to giant mammals, & now giant birds.
No one has ever seen a dinosaur, just as no one has ever seen Jesus, since they both occurred centuries or eons ago, so you're stuck with conjecture, & faith....
As another example, I will remind you of how Stephen Hawking put out a video that starts off with his own version of how he scrawled equations over a few chalkboards, & somehow believed that they proved that the universe was expanding, so coffee cups fall off tables & shatter, but will reach it's apex & collapse, causing shards of porcelain to form cups & jump up on tables.
As though he somehow couldn't conceive that the same action would also apply to all other forward motions, which would mean that graves would pop open, dust would form adults, who would then become children, & finally fly into thier Mothers' wombs.
One of his students spent months on it, finding errors, before Mr. Hawking finally checked, & realized that he was mistaken. "Genuis"?
Another "genius" came up with an absurd notion that two babies, born on the same day, would somehow age nearly 70 years differently, because one of them took a really fast ride in a rocket.
Since there is an infinite amount of midpoints on any line between any point A & point B, making it mathematically "impossible" for anything to ever get to point B from point A, I would very seriously doubt any amount of chalkboard equations that purport to "prove" anything that is obviously so totally ridiculous, but you don't.
Just like those confounded Bible-believers.
Carl Sagan is quoted as saying something about believing in the universe as it really is, rather than a comfortable delusion. Atheists cite that, insinuating that the belief that "God" created it is the delusion.
Has anyone ever been to Jupiter?
I offer that you are comfortable with your beliefs that the instruments that you use to determine the true make-up of the universe are completely beyond any form of manipulation.
For instance, if you sent a probe to Pluto, & it came back with marbles in the soil samplers, would you steadfastly believe that the surface of the planet Pluto was made up entirely of marbles?
After all, how else could they have gotten into your "fool-proof", sealed research tools?
That's where the neuro consciousness part comes in. I possess evidence, that proves to indicate, that some awesome Power has, & uses, the ability to alter certain perceptions.
Esoteric means mysteriously hidden. You don't have to believe in the Bible to use It as a Book of reference. If you print out the list of verses that I posted on my website, Esoteric Verses, & ask any religious scholar to explain them, you will witness a true paranormal, supernatural phenomenon. People who claim to read & study the Bibles, will act like they cannot perceive certain parts that are very clearly in It. No one can deny that they are plain, simple, English words, & they are all where I point them out to be. Not vague manipulations, twisting meanings, & requiring any imagination to appear to possibly mean anything. Very clear-cut passages that very clearly contrast much of what they claim to believe.
Some of them, I even got from the Atheists book, The Bible Handbook. Remember what I said about me researching opposing evidence?
They did more careful research than most "believers", & proved that you can research the Book, without falling on your knees & praising Jesus. But even they seemed unable to perceive what I point out.
So do many Concordances. Books that index almost every important word, simply omit many of my citations. As if it was mysteriously hidden.

So, Mr. Hawking says that we don't need "God" to create our universe, & Reuters London lets everybody know about his latest ignorant rantings.
While it may well be possible for random events over countless eons to produce what you believe in, how can they account for certain people, not being able to perceive certain words, in certain books? And if some Power can somehow accomplish such a bizarre feat, what other perceptions might It be able to manipulate?
Also, he claims that the laws of gravity could simply be responsible. Who "discovered" the laws of gravity? How did they come to be in place? How do they hold planets together, while keeping them millions of miles apart? Can scientists create a scenario where such a magnetic force does that?
Allow me to illustrate a very simple scenario that could explain it in quite a different way:
A kid spends 7 minutes of his & our time, tossing dirt into an aquarium, & drops in a bunch of ants & a queen. They have absolutely no idea how they got there, but go about the tasks of living. Easily predictable, they dig holes in the dirt. You don't need awesome psychic powers to foresee that one.
If the kid put funny old rocks, or chicken bones, in the bottom of the tank, what does that ultimately "prove", once the diggers chance upon them?
That their "world" is really old, & was once occupied by giant chickens?
If the kid dropped in a lizard, then took it out. Then did the same with a mouse. What would all of the "evidence" that seemed to support the notion that there were other giant creatures hiding in there, truly mean?
If he dangled a bottlecap over it, would that conclusively prove that they were being visited by beings from the planet Pepsi?
I propose, that if your experiments do not consider, allow, acknowledge, & deal with the aspect of this 'wild card' effect, that none can truly be considered to be 100% empiracal.
Such a Power could toss a planet together in 7 of our days, put funny rocks & odd bones in the dirt, predict what we would do, condure up odd creatures to add & delete from the project occasionally, play with special effects over our heads, put marbles in a probe,.... Virtually whatever It wants. And It proves to be that capricious.
Not an ever-loving doting Old Man, which is why most cannot really find Him.
They foist their ideals upon Him, then claim that He does not exist, because He does not live up to them.
The laboratory is your "church"....

If science truly wants to advance out of the dark ages, it should seek the light, which is what I offer.
Mr. Chin should be aware of a psychological aspect called "cognitive dissonance", which makes it difficult for your brain to consider evidence that contrasts what you prefer to believe. ( He might be suffering from it, himself. )
Since esoteric means mysteriously hidden, that phenomenon could be keeping him from dealing with it at all.
Or he could just be a run-of-the-mill fanatic.... So cock-sure that no Power could possibly exist that can do to us what any kid can do with ants, but with even more control.
If ants had the capacity to ponder their existence, they would be astounded to find what a mere child could do. If scientists & them possessed more of that same ability, they would recognize that an even more astounding Power truly does exert phenomenal orchestration over all human events.
Like in the case of the Great Pyramids. No matter how utterly impossible it would be for humans to construct one so precisely even today, they staunchly insist that ancient humans must've built them, because no other more superior Power could ever exist. Such idiotic arrogance.
When I first started on my Quest For Truth, I thought that it was my idea. But after finding it predestined centuries ago, I can see that I am just a puppet.
I hated being forced to participate in the Jewish Temple, so researched other religions, & liked Eastern Philosophies a lot. Their goal is enlightenment, or awareness, & upon further investigation, I realized that they could not perceive the Power that proves to affect their lives. I tried to enlighten them, but they refuse to examine evidence, as well.
I also sent a copy to the AtheistAlliance.org & see that they have the "amazing" Randi on their roster.
If you put, "randi is a fraud", in Google's advanced search engine, you can read a lot of complaints from people who tried to take him up on his challenge.
One might summarily dismiss them as nut-cases who are lashing out at not being able to win the million+ reward, but I asked him for the testing, & told him that I was not interested in the money at all. Instead of allowing me to even apply to take it, he started sending me weird e-mails, & would not stop until I finally had to report his harassment to his service at the time, CompuServe, along with copies of my e-mails to him, warning him that I would take such an action if he did not desist. He was not on CompuServe very long after that.

As you can see, I sent the e-mail to discuss evidence of the paranormal, but the guy totally ignored everything except the one line about Randi, & seems to consider that to be my "comfortable fantasy" that he was threatening.
I refused to address that side issue, not relevant to the paranormal evidence that I do possess at all, & he refused to address any other issue, sending annoying e-mails that only obsessed about Randi, until I had to report him to his service as well, after the warnings that he even posted on his website.

It sounds like you are saying Ephraim is Frederick and that you are the Ephraim the bible is talking about. To research whether you are the Ephraim the bible is talking about would be pointless since you are not old enough to be Joseph's son Ephraim from the scriptures.

Only the fact that it is my Hebrew name, & that I do resemble verse 18, where it says that he bemoans his own existence, misbehaves like an unruly calf, & appears to be chastised, yet somehow seems to still be endearing nonetheless.
Joseph's second son is not said to resemble any of that at all.
If you look at that page in the Bible, you will not see the name "Joseph" anywhere, & Joseph is not The Father Of Israel. His son, Ephraim, was not even his first-born, but only blessed as such by his blind grandfather.
So the totally ignorant response misses the point of my e-mail, & the website, which is to try to explain why no one seems to be able to perceive the list of verses, let alone discuss them at all, & is completely out of character for a religious scholar who took the job of counselling on Scriptural matters.
Instead, it stands as a testament of how blind & rude rabbis that I politely ask to review the evidence have proven to be.
Not even the New Sanhedrin in Jerusalem would advise, & they're supposed to be the highest authority on Jewish issues.
Over 15 years ago, I went to asylums at UCLA & USC, seeking a true mental evaluation, & hoping to be allowed to discuss it with the many scholars at each. Both places gave me a booklet of Patient's Rights, then denied a few of them to me. Most importantly, the right to seek alternative treatment. They all wanted me to take medications, & I sought a true mental evaluation might be in order first. They refused, & lied to say that none existed. At the time, I did not know about the MMPI-2, a complex set of questions that do help to determine mental states, but I'm sure that they did.
Both doctors were Jewish. Dr. Guze at UCLA, & Dr. Feldman at Gateways, where USC farmed me out to. They "diagnosed" me, based on their vast years of experience with others who appeared similar, & refused to even allow any evidence or witness testimonies. Both are guilty of malpractice, breaking rules & laws to deny me a fair hearing. Dr. Feldman even tried to get his judge to force the meds. They said that he never loses, but he did that day. How does a totally insane person prevail over a professional doctor?
I took their ignorant assessment to the SSI people, hoping to get tested, but they just started sending the checks.... In the course of the 15 years, it was over $100,000. I did not defraud them, they defrauded me. I took the money as payment for denying me my rights, & certifying me as insane without any fair or proper evaluation.
If I sued the system for all of the abuse that I've suffered due to their many atrocities against me, & won, the case would be worth millions. It would not come out of their pockets, but tax money, so what I got was only a very small percentage of what I see as partial payment.
Scientists pretend to be trying to cure cancer, but don't let people know that your own body can get rid of some forms of cancer, if you simply go on an all-natural diet.
The Gersen Clinic helps people like that, so the medical lobby got them thrown out of the Country, to continue making a lot of money by using chemicals & radioactivity, while people suffer & die, never hearing of the natural option.
