Newport Beach Police department case #10-5801
I have been informed the police filed charges with the district attorney, but the DA did not accept. I'm suspicious about all this. I will inquire with the DA'S office. I was also told the DNA test of my clothing came out negative. Since there were numerous unwashed items with Klassen's DNA on them I find this hard to believe they could find the DNA anywhere. Guess I'll call the crime lab too. I wonder how many sexual assault cases they actually prosecute? Do the others get prosecuted and not mine? Or what?
Others should all just forget about this matter now right? The police were more upset about me posting on my myspace and them getting media calls, than that David Klassen sexually assaulted me. Myspace told me the police had them take my myspace sites down! The police told me they just called myspace. All I know is, I was upset with the police for many of the past weeks for not including basic case evidence. Not only did it take weeks to supposedly interview Klassen after they initially told me they wanted to do it right away on the first day, they likely did not submit basic evidence to the DA, including the failure to solicit admissions from the suspect he was involved in creating the hate site against me , www.bralalala.com, which includes a vulgar display of dishonesty, they also likely failed to submit evidence to the DA about the Craigslist plutonic posting and the webstite related to our initially meeting for and from through his girlfriend
Landa. They likely failed to address that David was the one with the motive in all this, since he knew who I was before I met him, through my chat with Landa and link to my myspace, but, I knew nothing about him at all.
Surprised no one would defend me? Anyone who saw me on ABC'S Moral Court in 2000 or subsequent re runs?..(anyone who has seen a transgender rock star NOT discriminated against in the music/entertainment business? So, some of my entertainment business friends have decided to turn on me for taking a stand against a movie director. A close friend of a 13 year long drummer for Elton John named Charlie Morgan, (who I have also chatted with directly about playing on Bralalalala music with after he wrote me out of the blue via a reference of another friend), who has been discussing things with me for months about music promotion and touring, for example, wrote me and suddenly said, "I've read about you. I don't care how many films I'm not in for not taking a couch cast role, or how many think I'm sick because I stand up for myself. The things I've been subjected to in my life I NEVER CHOSE! I never chose to be discriminated against in employment or attacked on the street or molested. I never agreed to have sex with Klassen on ANY terms, despite his offering to solicit me to Gersch agency earlier that eve, it didnt appear to have to do with sex but purely my music.
For those who want to say bad things about things that have happened to me in my life and use that as a way to devalue my experiences about others, one topic at a time please! Again, I had no motive to have something bad happen between myself and Klassen. In fact, I never intended on meeting him! Once I did I figured , why not, at first! As an artist I tell it like it is. The reality is, mine is harsh. Theirs is not. They got me into their home for a free concert and some non consentual sex. I walked away screwed once again. I never planned to be mistreated. They did seem however to plan on assuming I was vulnerable enough to molest ( I still think Landa was in on this as far as knowing what happened or what he wanted).
I will file a lawsuit on these two likely by the end of the month, not because I want to, but because I can't let him get away with this. I haven't filed any extensive legal paperwork in 5 years. I had hoped those days were over. Apparently not.
