Did you work hard to make a fortune? Have you saved up for your retirement? Don't count on keeping your life's fortune if you live in Orange County, CA. The government wants everything you own.

America was founded on freedom. It used to be that people could be proud of the possessions they had accumulated in a lifetime. However, in Orange County, possessing property may get a retired person imprisoned and robbed by those he expects to protect him.

The primary job of Adult Protective Services is to prepare for the Public Guardian to prosecute well-to-do seniors, confiscate their property and warehouse said seniors in dumps where the imprisoned seniors have little to do but wait to die.

Often Adult Protective Services are called in by children of seniors. The children think the agency will protect their loved ones. Then before the children know it, their loved ones are on trial, poised to lose all their life’s possessions.

Since the defendant in the prosecution is the senior, Adult Protective Services provides the senior with a public defender. After all, with the property stolen, the senior can no longer afford the best representation in town. The word from Orange County attorneys is that, once a senior is targeted, Adult Protective services is relentless as it actively works to pounce on yet another fortune ready to be stolen from another unsuspecting retiree.

Interestingly, those who abuse seniors are rarely prosecuted. Adult Protective Services doesn’t care about people who abuse seniors as the agency is itself abusing the seniors by imprisoning them and stealing their money.

Those who haven’t studied the system find it hard to believe that an agency could get away with this. Some observers say that, if it happens to their family, they’ll take it to the U.S. Supreme Court. An analysis of Supreme County cases indicates that that court will overturn the APS’s property thefts in Orange County and approve any monetary damages against the county for cases which have already taken place. The current SCOTUS make-up leans towards libertarian. Confiscation of private property is more reminiscent of socialism, something one would not expect in Republican Orange County.

As the greatest threat to Orange County’s seniors, Adult Protective Services continues to look for new victims to imprison and rob. Will you or your loved one be next?
