CALIFORNIA PRISON ERUPTS, RAPPER “X-RATED”

NEARLY KILLED DURING RIOT

On March 19th, 2010, at approximately 2:54 pm a riot erupted on the Pleasant Valley State Prison recreation yard between Northern Hispanic and Black inmates, according to prison officials.

According to officials at the prison, Sacramento rapper,
Anerae “X-Rated” Brown, 34, was stabbed and slashed with inmate-manufactured stabbing and slashing weapons during the riot.

The two prisoners being accused in the attack, which nearly claimed the life of Inmate Brown, are, Terry “Stranger” Gonzales, Jr, 27, of Modesto, CA, and Ron “Mike Enemigo” werth, 31, of Sacramento, CA.

According to authorities, Gonzales and Werth stabbed and slashed Inmate Brown numerous times. Medical staff documented slashes and puncture wounds Inmate Brown received to his neck, head, shoulders, back, chest, and forearm.

Officials say that Inmate Brown attempted to evade his attackers by running backwards.

Based on information received from medical staff, one of the wounds that the victim suffered was a wound to his head which was an “Arterial Bleed”. This caused a massive loss of blood for Brown and as a result caused his blood pressure to fall critically low. Medical staff further stated that if the medical treatment would have not been administered immediately, Inmate Brown would have bled out and perished from his injuries. Following the attack, Brown was airlifted to a hospital outside of the institution to further treat his injuries.

Anerae “X-Rated” Brown was convicted for the 1992 Home-Invasion and Murder of Mrs. Harris, an innocent woman form the Meadowview area of Sacramento, Ca.

Brown released a rap CD before being arrested on the murder and according to prosecutors, rapped about the crime on one of the songs, which was later used against him during his trial.

While awaiting trial for the murder of Mrs. Harris, Brown recorded yet another CD; this time doing so over the Sacramento County Jail telephone.

Ironically, Inmate Ron “Mike Enemigo” Werth, is also a rapper from Sacramento, CA, and is said to be releasing his own debut album “Capital Punishment” later this year.

According to prison officials, both inmates accused in the attack are currently housed in the Administrative Segregation Unit in Pleasant Valley State Prison, as they await the outcome of this matter.
