Senator Noynoy Aquino humbly said he will wait for his proclamation by congress before he accepts that he is the "president elect". This is contrary to some media wags who call him the "president apparent", a concoction of some media drunk persons. According to the 12:00 PM COMELEC report with 81 % of the votes counted, Aquino and Binay are leading in the count . Aquino has 13 million votes while Binay is leading Roxas by more than 850,000 votes. But Binay's votes is being continually being chipped down by Roxas.

RP ELECTIONS; A MIX BAG OF TROUBLES

Los Angeles-- Senator Noynoy Aquino humbly said he will wait for his proclamation by congress before he accepts that he is the "president elect".

This is is contrast to the intransigence of another drunkard candidate Joseph Estrada, his nearest rival who said : i will not concede but i will no protest the results of the elections."

Meanwhile, Mar Roxas still has a lot of fight in him said " Hindi pa tapos ang laban" after Aquino said that Roxas still can catch up.

With 21% of the votes still not counted and results from Cebu, Negros and Maguindanao not yet in, the fight between Binay and Roxas is not yet settled.

Binay, meanwhile insinuates that he receives report that vote-buying is still going on in Mindanao. A valid reason that GMA-7 anchor Winnie Monsod echoes in the GMA election coverage.

Election Shennanigans

While the ABS-CBN brags about their high tech wares and election coverage and watch, initial news gathered by BANTAY PILIPINAS from the Phillippines resulted in a mix bag of elections results.

A tide of anti-GMA votes resulted in Aquino-Binay votes and at least an LP blitzkrieg with Drilon, Osmena, Recto win in the magic 12 and Hontiveros and rebel officers General Danny Lim and Col. Querobin within the 12 bets.

MAKABAYAN bets Liza Maza and Satur Ocampo are tailng behind in number 22 and no.26 with 3 million and 2 million votes respectively. That's waht they got from alligning with Bongbong MArcos in the NP slate.

The Return of the Didiay (Marcos Comeback)

Meanwhile it was a sad day for progressive. It was an Imee Marcos win for governor of Ilocos Norte, Imelda Marcos as representative of 2nd district signals the Marcos family comeback.

President GMA won as representative in Pampanga with 149,000 votes as the Arroyo dynasty consolidates it holds in the lower house. Presidential paramour Guia Gomez was elected as San Juan mayor and Jayvee Estrada won as congressman of San Juan.

Widespread disenfranchisement,

EPCC NEWS also reported that widespread disenfranchisement, breakdown in machines, political killings and rampant vote-buying characterized the May 10 National Elections.

EPCC News also reported that PCOS machines were burned in Panay. A group of armed men attacked an electoral precint in Iloilo burning 5 PCOS machine. The PNP pointed to the NPA.

But the NPA vehemently denied the police claims. the AFP also blamed the NPA on ambushed in PNP/AFP convoys delivering PCOS machines.

In Maguindanao, a bomb went off near the Pikit market and the AFP is in full alert fore more disturbances. The COMELEC reported a failure of elections in 7 Lanao towns.
