Los retenes siguen azotando a nuestra comunidad, canalizando los recursos del sector más pobre de la sociedad hasta el sector más poderoso--la policía y los dueños de empresas. Checkpoints continue to plague our community, channeling the resources of the poorest members of society to the most powerful--the police and business owners.
