As they intend to kill 50,000 Americans over the next 4 years they thought they needed a slogan that more accurately resembled their actions.
They intend to kill these Americans with their dreaded “pre existing condition” weapon.
Bin Laden is so impressed that he intends to buy shares in all American health insurance companies.
They can kill more Americans than he ever managed.
