The IRS is catching this for us this year and recomputing our tax refund since they did not both to alert anyone about this economic stimulus, essentially our tax dollars being returned, for a maximum of 0 for single people and 0 for married couples. For most of us, it helps with one month's expenses; the point is, we need it and it does not go to the war machine.
