An unidentified witness said that they saw a man on a bicycle ride up and stab the victim, that it happened very quickly, and that the assailant had what appeared to be 'gang tatoos' near his eye. "I've never seen anything like that before", said the visibly shaken witness.
The victim, who appeared to be a hispanic male in his 20s or 30s, held his hands in a praying position as he was wheeled on the stretcher into the waiting ambulance at approx. 12:41PM. He was stabbed in the arm and bleeding profusely. More than ten police officers and numerous fire and rescue workers were on the scene. Watch video of the aftermath and the victim below here
