What to do when a newspaper practices censorship?

This week the Folha de São Paulo ( http://www.folha.uol.com.br/), that it likes to be seen as a ferocious defender of the freedom of press, of conscience and of expression, it played a scandalous case of censorship disguised through a supposed defense of his mark:

Nobody can impede the Folha de São Paulo of circulating or a citizen of doing campaign against the signature of this newspaper. To the newspaper the Brazilian Federal Constitution guarantees the freedom of press; to the citizen that doesn't like this newspaper the Brazilian Federal Constitution it assures the freedom of conscience and of expression. There is no conflict among these two constitutional rules. The two beginnings (freedom of press and freedom of conscience and of expression) they should coexist, one cannot be put upon to the other.

The intention of the Folha de São Paulo of censuring the citizen is evident. This is not a case of improper use of the mark, because the ciitizen didn't seek any economical benefit when publishing the link with the mark of the Folha de São Paulo. He just wanted to facilitate the life of the interested parties in to cancel the signature of the newspaper.

Nobody is forced to sign the Folha de São Paulo or to maintain the signature of this newspaper because the all the Brazilian (subscribers or not of the Folha) the freedom is guaranteed to do what they want. The newspaper Folha de São Paulo, for his time, should respect the rights of the subscribers interested parties in revoking their signatures. If it is losing readers, the only thing that one newspaper can do to maintain or to enlarge his public is to revalue his editorial politics.

When trying to silence their critics or to censure the freedom of those that don't like the newspaper the Folha de São Paulo gave a demonstration of intolerance and of moral decadence.
