The Brazilian Minister of External Relationships, Celso Amorim, confirmed on this Thursday in Manaus that "Brazil won't recognize" the elections of Honduras, marked for this Sunday. "A coup d'état cannot be legitimated", Amorim said, referring to the accomplishment of the case without the deposed president of Honduras, Manuel Zelaya, have been put back before to his position.

Amorim is strictly correct. A coup d'état should not be supported just because had success, nor either it can be legitimated through elections. Anything leave me happier than the coherent and solid Brazilian Foreign Policy driven by this exceptional Brazilian chancellor.

The magnificent Amorim nor it is compared to that mini Minister of the External Relationships of Fernando Henrique Cardoso times (former-president of Brazil). Amorim's predecessor was the fool that, same tends diplomatic passport, it removed the shoes in an USA airport by order of a American policeman.
