LOS ANGELES – November 20, 2009 - Uncounted incidents of police violence against students have occurred during the last three days of protests while the UC Regents held their meeting on the UCLA campus. There is confirmed use of tasers, pepper spray and much baton use on peaceably assembled students.

Uploaded is a short video showing use of pepper spray by UCPD and another plain clothed unidentified person. This incident took place as students were trying to address one of the regents as he left the meeting. Please note that the water bottles thrown by some students were thrown after they were sprayed directly in the face and that the water bottles did not strike anyone. No objects were observed thrown beforehand.
