Please stand with us against racist hatred and help us inform the public that this group isn't just concerned about 'illegal aliens' but is a front for a Nazi group.

Come a little early with signs (we'll have some there, too) and megaphones. Some people will wear masks to protect their i.d.s from possible harm. It's up to you! I'll have print outs of the link that proves they're Nazis to hand out to people. (This group INSISTS THEY'RE NOT, BUT IF YOU LOOK AT WHERE THEY POST, IT'S PRETTY OBVIOUS. Just reading their literature it's obvious, but not everyone is able to read through their rhetoric, on or off the page.) They are stirring up and exploiting racist hatred with the intent to grow their groups and spawn more hate. And we won't let them. Please join us if you can!.

If you look at Freddom14.org's site, it is obvious they are great propagandists, as all fascists are. It's important that we are as civilized as possible, and simply showing passerby who these people are with the hard facts of their own words. I have the print screen of the posting on Stormfront.

I'll bring copies of these to hand out to people.

Likewise, I wonder if we should present people with an alternative, or ask them to join an Anti-Racist group like Anti-RacismLA.org, or maybe one accessible to Middle Class people not familiar with activism. I'll be on the look out.

Let's reach out to the disgruntled Middle Classes and frustrated kids. Let's expose the Nazis and inform the masses. This is a GOOD work!!! Thanks y'all!

The city grants permits to table. The permits are public record and subject to public review and objections.

Does the city council know they are granting permits to Nazis?
Demand the city stop issuing permit to Nazis.

Also do let them use the free speech argument: Hate speech is not free speech.

Even though my journalist friend disagrees, I think I'm going to find some anti-racist HB residents to help me with revoking the permit.

Free speech is a basic human right. But like all rights they don’t come without responsibilities. The first responsibility is to exercise those rights without the intent to violate the rights of others. The first thing Nazis did when they came to power was to abolish all human rights. Nazis hide behind free speech to spread their message of racial hatred when trying to get power, but once in power they have no tolerance for free speech.

Those who argue that Nazis have a right to free speech are neglecting their second responsibility of any claim to a human right: To defend that right by any means necessary.
