The Principals Committee watched torture videos live in the White House situation room.
And then made further recommendations about further torture and questions.
Cheney, Rumsfeld, Powell, Rice and Ashcroft watched live video of the prisoners being tortured in the situation room in the White House.
They then passed on their recommendations for further questions through George Tenet who was organizing the videos.
Powell revealed this, by accident, in an off the record chat with a reporter just after he retired.
