US Military mother Susan Galleymore, made international headlines when she traveled to Iraq to visit her soldier son, is on a 10-city national tour launching her new book, Long Time Passing Mother Speak About War and Terror, a collection of dramatic first-person accounts of the impact of war on mothers and families around-the-globe. Local US military moms, musicians, poets, and artists will join Galleymore at pre-Mother's celebration.

SPEAKERS: Susan Galleymore, Mother of a who son fought in both Afghanistan and Iraq, founder of MotherSpeak ( www.motherspeak.org ), and a radio host for Raising Sand Radio (www.raisingsandradio.org), and a counselor on the G.I. Rights Hotline.
Rossana Cambron, son is an active US service member completing a tour in Iraq, and a member of the San Gabriel Chapter of Military Families Speak Out
Patty Domay, local citizen activist who works to oppose military recruiters in her neighborhood.
POETRY: Vivien Sansour, a native of Palestine, poems will include: "Live From Gaza" and "A letter from an Israeli soldier to his mother."
