BREAKING: June Reyno: Foreclosed and Evicted, Reoccupies Home

by LA-IMC Friday, Mar. 13, 2009 at 7:23 AM

San Diego Homeowner June Reyno has reoccupied her home after being forcibly evicted by sheriffs this morning around 7:00 am.

June with the support of about 10 homeowners rights activists reoccupied the home about an hour after the sheriffs left this morning. June has vowed to chain her self to the house and resist removal should the sheriffs return. A caller from inside the house reports that activists are committed to join June in her plans to non-violent resistance to the eviction. The caller also reports that June is stressed but holding up and determined to continue her fight to stay in her home. June’s house is located at 10169 Presley Street in San Diego, 92126

Damn You June Reyno. Let Your Home Go And Move On.

Not that long ago I wrote about a woman that chained herself to her front porch to prevent her home from being foreclosed on. I’m afraid the story has turned into the pleading mother begging for the return of her child, only to have murdered it herself.

June isn’t an innocent victim here of banks gone wild, although I would pay good money to see that video. She is a serial defaulter. Court documents show that she has purchased and lost seven homes in California for non-payment.

Joe Stemmer sold two Palm Springs properties to Reyno in 2006. The original note on the homes was for $44,000 each.

Stemmer says she made two payments at the agreed note amount of $256 a month. But then he claims the payments stopped and the excuses started.

Apparently Reyno borrowed and borrowed against her primary home to consolidate credit card debts and buy properties or try to make payments on other properties. Silly.

A real estate investor once told me that if you are going to play with the big boys you better not cry when you get bit. June, you got bit. You tried to create a real estate empire on the foundation of shifting sand and it is now crumbling around you. Yours is not a case of an innocent family being booted out of the only shelter they have. Unfortunately yours is a case of someone who highly leverged their shelter to dig a deeper hole and obligate themselves to things they could not really afford.

June, please, for the sake of all of the people that I fight and care for our here that are in terrible situations, please let your house go and move on so we can get real help for innocent homeowners in trouble. You’re not innocent.

Hello Friends: (for Calendar & Distribution)

WE HAVE PRESS COVERAGE IF ANYONE HERE IN SAN DIEGO/LOS ANGELES/RIVERSIDE COUNTY IS WILLING TO RISE TO THE CHALLENGE OF SPEAKING OUT IN THE COURTROOM AT MY TRIAL TO PUT A STOP TO EVICTIONS AND FORECLOSURES.

WHO BETTER THAN THE SAN DIEGO DISTRICT ATTORNEY' S OFFICE TO HEAR THE VOICES OF SO MANY AMERICANS THAT DISLIKE WHAT HE IS DOING HERE IN THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO BY ACTUALLY ENABLING THESE CROOKED WALL STREET BANKS TO CONTINUE STEALING MONEY FROM MIDDLE INCOME TAXPAYERS BY REPOSSESSING THEIR HOUSES EVICTING INNOCENT HOMEOWNERS AND BY SUCKING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OUT OF SO MANY HARD WORKING MIDDLE INCOME AMERICANS? 583,000 PEOPLE BECAME UNEMPLOYED MARCH 2009. HOW LONG BEFORE THESE FAMILIES CAN NO LONGER MAKE THEIR HOUSE PAYMENTS AND THEY TOO WILL BE FACING EVICTION? ARE THEY GOING TO END UP LIKE US OUT IN THE STREETS LIVING WITH NEIGHBORS, FRIENDS AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS?

My trial by jury about my arrest that took place in March 2009 is set for:

June 8, 2009, Monday, for 3 days by a Jury of 12 @ 220 W. Broadway, Dept. 2 @ 8:30am San Diego, CA 92101. The name of my Public Defender is Mr. Brian McNeil @ (619) 338-4700. Brian can take questions about my case and the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of witnesses or people who can testify on my behalf as my case proceeds to trial.

We are still fighting to get back into our home after our family (my husband, myself and our 5 dogs) were evicted March 12, 2009 by the Bank and I was subsequently arrested on March 14, 2009 for protesting against the court's ruling who favored the bank and arrested again on March 17, (just after being released from jail just 3 days before). The realtors who were hired by the lender to re-sell our home back in the open market (obviously to gain more profit from the "resale" after evicting us from our home and after having received the bail out money from taxpayers) called the San Diego Police Dept. to press charges against me for breaking back in to my house while the Law Firm Debt Collector who represented the Lender/Bank gave inaccurate information (lies) to the Sheriff's Office in order to have me justifiably arrested twisting the Bankrutpcy law to suit themselves charging me for "trespassing" and "unlawful entry" .

These same wrongdoers are now being individually sued by us in the Bankruptcy Court along with the attorney and his debt collector law firm who orchestrated our eviction misleading the Sheriff's Office, the San Diego Police Dept. and the Courts.

It would mean alot to me (and I'm sure other families in the community who are screaming for help) if we could show a massive turnout before the 12 jurors that can see the number of homeowners/tenants and members from the community who are outraged on the reporting numbers of rising and continuing evictions and foreclosures here in San Diego/Los Angeles/Riverside County and throughout this nation and our state.

If there are any homeowners/renters advocates who would like to give a witness by taking the stand at my trial (or giving voice outside of the courtroom) please let me know . You can share your personal experience and share with the jurors any knowledge you may have about others who have been injured by the crooked banks and crooked mortgage servicers with their crooked attorneys which emanated from the Wall Street subprime mortgage meltdown fraud of the century; and, that which eventually culminated to the 700+Billion $$'s in Government Bail Out Sept. 2008. Actually, $3Trillion is the more accurate $$ number of government bail out funds that has so far been expended. Anyone whether it be you or others, who have similarly lost their homes or will soon lose their homes facing foreclosure and eviction can talk to Brian McNeil, the PD about your willingness to give a witness before the 12 jurors at my trial to show that what happened to us is certainly not an isolated case but transcends across our state and nation affecting the lives of millions of families.

SHAME ON THE CALIFORNIA LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY FOR THEIR FAILURE TO PROTECT ALL CALIFORNIANS FROM SEIZURE OF THEIR HOMES BY THESE BANKS AFTER THE BAIL OUT! SHAME ON THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND SHAME ON THE SAN DIEGO DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE (under the leadership Mr. Jan Goldsmith and Mayor Jerry Sanders) BY ALLOWING TO PROSECUTE INNOCENT HOMEOWNERS (AT THE COST OF TAXPAYERS AGAIN!) WHO NEED A PLACE TO LIVE AFTER THE BANK FORECLOSES ON THEM! SHAME ON ALL OF THEM FOR CONTINUING TO MISAPPROPRIATE OUR TAXPAYING DOLLARS YEAR AFTER YEAR AT THE EXPENSE AND SUFFRAGE OF ALL AMERICANS!

IN SOLIDARITY, WE CAN STOP THESE ABUSES ON JUNE 8TH THAT IS STILL GOING ON BY THESE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS WHO WILL STOP AT NOTHING TO MAKE THAT EXTRA BUCK AFTER RECEIVING MONEY FROM THE TAXPAYERS UNDER THE GOVERNMENT BAIL OUT.

The media and press has asked to be notified about the event.

Come dressed equipped with peace as your armor and shield, your voice, your cameras, pocket size cloth banners, your megaphones and your video cameras for U-Tube!

We will have 3 days. What more can we ask for?

The Public Defender will need your name, address and contact number soonest time if you would like to give a witness on the stand at my trial. Brian McNeil contact number is: (619) 338-4700. Case # M076690.

In Solidarity and Kind Regards to All,

June Reyno
