As the new president assumes power on January 20, 2009 and will embark on a new direction for our nation, we in the EPCC unite with the rest of the nation in doing the best we can to improve our conditions and livelihood for the next four years..

We have dreams and hopes for the fulfillment of the following mission and goals:

1. Recognition for Filipino World War II Veterans and full benefits for them and their spouses and relatives.

2.Amnesty and Pathways to citizenship for all undocumented immigrants.

3. Promote Ethnic /Philippine Studies and People’s Culture in the schools, academe and the community.

4.Real bail-out for the people needs not only for banks and corporations. Financial literacy for every one.

5. More secure jobs and the available jobs for all.

6. Housing and Relief for foreclosed house owners.

7. Education and Scholarships to deserving students from secondary to university education.

8. Economic aid to depressed communities like the victims of Katrina in New Orleans and other places.

9. Debt relief to third world countries like the Philippines and aid to depressed areas of the world.

10. Protection of Human rights for our communities and the rest of world.
