Scientology vs. Anonymous: Anonymous leader agrees to leave Church alone

by Louanne Friday, Oct. 24, 2008 at 1:09 AM
cofsll@gmail.com

The Massachusetts Lawyer blog reports today that "On Oct. 22, Judge Thomas C. Horgan imposed a one-year CWOF (Continuance Without a Finding) against Gregg Housh, who had been charged with disturbing an assembly of worship and disturbing the peace. As part of the plea, Housh was ordered to stay away from the Back Bay headquarters of the Church of Scientology and its new headquarters in Boston’s South End."

I wonder what made him admitting enough facts to warrant a finding of guilt on charges. Probably the fact that he faces jail if he doesn't?

Bullshit liar!...

In my opinion you are a liar. A god damned fucking liar sack of shit, in fact.

Gregg has --not-- agreed to stop anything, and his efforts to dismantle the alleged Scientology crime syndicate continues unabaited. He is also not a "leader," ya frothing liar, he's just one of --millions-- of community activists working in the human rights and civil rights arena opposing the Scientology crime syndicate around the world.

The DA's office dropped all charges solely because the alleged Scientology crime syndicate's lies were demonstrably unfounded, just like police officers and DA's offices around the world always do when some insane Scientology criminal complains about people lawfully and Democratically exercising their rights, freedoms, and liberties which expose Scientology's alleged actions and history.

Gregg was obviously targeted by the crime syndicate's "Fair Game" racketeering, blackmail, and extortion policies solely because in his human rights work he signed his name to the protest permits wherein ten thousand fellow human rights activists took to the streets to oppose Scientology's crimes and abuses. Gregg never entered in to any Scientology business office, and since the crime syndicate doesn't have "worship" or "church services," all charges were dropped.

Scientology's insane RICO predicate acts have not stopped the ARSCC in over 15 years, and they're not going to stop either Gregg or the Anonymous. Human rights and civil rights workers simply --don't-- stop just because the criminals they oppose commit racketeering against them, and the ARSCC and Anonymous are not going to stop until every Scientology customer is free, every family is reunited, and every Scientology ringleader and crime boss is tried and/or put in prison (that includes a fair trial for Mike Rinder and the others who have allegedly fled in to hiding.)

If you examine the evidence, the only thing keeping the criminal enterprise from being dismantled and "rolled up" is the lack of Congressional Funding, summary of which can be found in the Federal Lt. Ray Emmon's summary report to his Federal supervisors at:

http://www.skeptictank.org/hs/cwfedmon.htm

Until such time that the allegedly criminal enterprise is once again raided, indicted, and its ringleaders are sent to prison (a.k.a. "Operation Snow White Version 2.0") the ARSCC and Anonymous will continue to do the job that law enforcement, health officials, and other protectorate authorities --would-- be doing if they could acquire the funding they needed as outlined in Lt. Emmon's excellent Federal report.

The allegedly notoriously criminal Scientology corporation is down to some 40,000 remaining customers world wide thanks mostly to the ARSCC and now thanks to Anonymous. These remaining customers are the hard core, the insane, the criminal, the rubes, marks, and suckers whom organized crime can --always-- rely upon to hand over their money day after day regardless of how often they're shown the truth.

Anonymous isn't going to stop until Scientology customers regain their freedom, and Gregg is the latest American hero who continues to stand up to Scientology's criminality without flinching.

Incidentally, as I outline my opinions here I should note that Scientology customers who still think they need "clearing technology" may freely go to the Free Zone and acquire their technology, auditing, and whatever else they need either for free for virtually for free. Anonymous and the ARSCC do not work to take apart the Free Zone because the ARSCC and Anonymous only address their efforts to crimes and abuses, not to legitimate, lawful exercise of legitimate, actual religious practices.

The Free Zone is where Scientology customers eventually wind up any way if they don't twigg to the frauds and scams and re-acquire their thought processes entirely.

Anonymous is winning. They are winning because they are in the right and the whole world is with them. Tourists and local people pause to have their photographs taken with Anonymous because Anonymous is on the side of the good guys, opposing something that everyone recognizes is evil.

It's all on the Internet freely available to anyone to research, and if anyone finds my opinions unfounded, you're free to do research for yourself and you are also free to email me.

My opinions only and only my opinions, as always.

I should add...

by Fredric L. Rice Friday, Oct. 24, 2008 at 5:02 PM
frice@skeptictank.org

I should add that I'm well aware that remaining Scientology owners / operators as well as most remaining Scientology customers do not share my opinions, nor do most admit to or agree with the endless court documents and investigative reports that cover exactly what Scientology is and what it does.

Obviously Scientology's owners and operators have a vested financial interest in maintaining the revenue stream, all of which would end virtually completely if those customers still handing over their money were to do actual research and be allowed to THINK for themselves.

I am always open to corrections to my opinions, accepting factual evidence as presented when backed by testability and verification. I am also always willing to speak about such things in interviews provided it is not on commercial television (which I do not appear upon.)

Anyone may contact me at my email address to discuss such issues. If you think that Scientology isn't ar core criminal or at core anything as depicted in its history, feel free to write to me and defend your own opinions. That's the way things are done in a Democratic society.

My opinions only and only my opinions, as always.
