CULVER CITY, CA - The Actors' Gang invites audiences to witness the development of a new work-in-progress. With the company's signature take-no-prisoners style, “I’m not a racist, but…” creates a dynamic and unconventional new conversation about racism in America: its divisiveness, its subtle pervasiveness and its deep, stubborn persistence. "With this new work, we attempt to dismantle our collective silence - a form of racism in itself - and deconstruct our sense of isolation,” says director Cynthia Ettinger. “The action in the piece is immediate and overwhelming, comical and tragic... leaving no time to judge, only to experience. Our hope is that it will unhinge some and enlighten others, but certainly provoke a response. Audiences will receive more then they think they can; stretching the ears, the eyes, the mind and the heart in order to hold it all.”

"I'm not a racist, but..." --- Every performance is Pay-What-You-Can or to reserve seats. --- Performances run Thursdays-Saturdays at 8:00PM and Sundays at 3:00PM.

"I'm not a racist, but..." is conceived and directed by founding member Cynthia Ettinger and has been created by the acting ensemble over the past nine months.
