The Glo apartments receives federal funding from HUD via the Los Angeles Housing Agency. The Glo, (which is owned by Holland Residential), also receives Tax Credits from the state of California. These tax credits requires that the Glo offer low-income housing units.

The Glo management parties with the Los Angeles Housing Agency bosses, and they are blantantly forcing the low-income tenants to move out of the building. The Glo management is offering the low-income tenants between $3,000 and $5,000 to move out of the building.

The Glo never advertises that it has low-income units.
Some low-income units rent for less than $600 per month. These same units are being rented at market rate for as much as $2,990 per month!

This is how our taxpaper dollars are being fraudulently spent. We as Americans must do something about this.
