Express your opposition to the Wall Street bailout now!

Urgent Urgent Urgent Urgent Urgent

Call, fax or e-mail your Senators and urge them to vote NO!

In a surprising eleventh hour move to resurrect President Bush's 0 billion Wall Street bail out plan, Senate Democrats and Republicans have agreed to hold a vote tomorrow amid evidence that voters do not want the bill. These same lawmakers regretted yesterday's U.S. House vote to kill the bailout. A similar bill was rejected by the U.S. Congress last Monday. And many believe it was voted down by the will of the people. Now the Senate is going to try and circumvent the peoples wishes.

Express your opposition to the Wall Street bailout now! Call the Senate operators tonight and all day tomorrow and tell them you are opposed to the bill and you want them to vote NO! No public dollars for private profit! It's urgent that we come together to show our opposition to this bail out that is facilitating the greatest single transfer of wealth ever into the hands of the banks and wall street fat cats and giving unprecedented dictatorial powers to the Secretary of the Treasury! If you don’t act now it will be passed.

This bill goes against everything that this country stands for. Please call your Senators and urge them to vote against it.

Don’t be fooled by the Senators including a provision that the two presidential nominees are both pushing to raise the limit on federal insurance for bank deposits to 0,000 from the current 0,000. Just more window dressing in hopes it will help to get the bill past against the will of the voters.

Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., and GOP Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky concocted the plan late Tuesday night.

According to AP reports, the presidential candidates Sens. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Barack Obama, D-Ill., intend to fly to Washington for the votes, as does Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware, the Democratic vice presidential candidate.

The surprise move capped a day in which supporters of the imperiled multibillion-dollar economic so called rescue fought to bring it back to life, courting reluctant lawmakers with a variety of other sweeteners including the plan to reassure Americans their bank deposits are safe.

Wall Street, at least, regained hope. The Dow Jones industrials rose 485 points, one day after a record 777-point plunge following rejection in the U.S. House of the plan worked out by congressional leaders and the Bush administration.

Before Reid and McConnell's move, lawmakers, President Bush and the two rivals to succeed him all rummaged through ideas new and old, desperately seeking to change a dozen House members' votes and pass the 0 billion plan.

Please call, fax or e-mail your Senators and urge them to vote against it.

Throw the rascals out! Many voters are telling their Senators that if they vote for the bill they will vote against them in November. They are also threatening to stop paying taxes if they fund the 0 billion bailout with tax dollars. You, your family and friends can cast a protest vote this November for a write - in candidate like John Paul, or already on the ballot Ralph Nader and other independents .
