This is Indymedia On Air for the week of August 11, 2008. On today’s show we’ll hear a talk by Moazzam Begg, a former British detainee at Guantanamo Bay. We’ll also learn about a parody of the Vancouver Sun newspaper distributed by a group of activists for Palestine. CanWest, the newspaper’s publisher, was not amused, and has gone after the activists in court. We’ll also get a Media Minutes roundup, and the Weekly Radio Spin.
